Ok this place is well presented at first. But I had a few issues. Firstly one of the barcodes on the table donāt work the bigger one though does. Thatās not the only thing. Now I went here with my daughters for they love chocolate. Firstly there was a couple with there lap top open and watching a movie. But thats not my concern. The thing I was not satisfied about was that one of my daughters didnāt get one of her orders correctly. Wrong item was brought. Then I waived at the waiter. I mean after trying to get her attention I was waiving numerous times and even saying āexcuse meā loudly. I then had to approach the bench again and tell them I got the wrong order. I then got this brownie pizza thing 3 minutes later. To be honest the pizza base was dry and tough and unpleasant. I just spent $21 odd dollars and it was terrible. We didnāt eat half of it. Now all the whilst I can here the milk getting heated with a loud scream in the background. Now I know for I was a barista that it shouldnāt be like that and it should be a nice harmonious hum. I then also asked the waiter for sugar for my latte. She was explaining how the spoon doubled for something but she had her fingers all over the spoon and was pointing at the spoon while she smothered them with her fingers. Tbh I wiped the back of my fork with a napkin and mixed my coffee that way. I aināt mixing my coffee with this grubby spoon. Now I read the reviews on here and like most I found it a bit pricey. I mean three sweets and three hot beverages I paid $61+. I mean other well known higher class establishments are much more affordable especially if your a franchise. Seriously I was very dissatisfied. The answers from the MB team is like āwe understand itā and āthanks we will look into itā or āitās now noted and we will inform senior personnelā. Itās just not good enough. Iām $61+ out of pocket and service and food was very very...
Ā Ā Ā Read more4 of us at the table, we ordered waffles, pancakes and fondue to share, plus 3 hot chocolates, one caramel late and 2 chocolate lollipops, $97.40. The melted milk chocolate was absolutely delicious, strawberries and bananas fresh. The triple chocolate pancakes were also nice. There wasn't necessarily anything wrong with the waffles, just found the sugary mix of the waffles and chocolate too much, that's probably just personal preference though so can't really fault them on that. HOWEVER, the banana bread that came with the fondue was disgusting, it literally tasted stale. I went and politely asked the staff when it had been cut up and advised that it tasted like it was stale and was advised by staff that it wasn't stale, that it comes in from a warehouse and is frozen once they receive it and they cut the banana bread up every morning (we ordered at around 4pm). They advised that it is dry because it is gluten free. We eat gluten free quite regularly, due to a family member not being able to eat it, so know that gluten free banana bread, if fresh, should not be dry. Coles even sell a decent gluten free banana bread that is soft and full of moisture. The hot drinks were also disgusting, they all tasted dreadful. My husband took one sip of his caramel late and could not drink anymore, I had about a quarter of my hot chocolate, I didn't want to waste it but it just wasn't nice at all, the two other hot chocolates had a couple of sips and then were done also. Disappointed, won't be returning and do...

Dear Max Brenner Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Craigieburn today My friends and I arrived at the store at approximately 10:15 PM, well within your advertised closing time of 11:00 PM, only to be informed that we could not be served for dine-in and that only takeaway orders were available.
This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue at this location. As a loyal customer, I find it deeply disappointing and unprofessional that customers are refused service when the store is still open for business. Closing time should signify the end of service, not the restriction of it well before the stated hours.
I understand the pressures of managing a food establishment, particularly toward the end of the day. However, denying dine-in service to customers who arrive during operational hours contradicts the customer-centric approach that Max Brenner is known for.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly to ensure consistency in service and adherence to advertised hours. It would be greatly appreciated if staff at this location are reminded of the importance of serving customers until the official closing time.
Thank you for taking the time to address my concern. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be taken to ensure this does not happen again in the...
