Absolutely DISCUSSED!!!

Do NOT come here! My partner and I came here to get McDonald’s for himself and my daughter (drive through). We ordered a small chocolate thick shake, mcspicy meal with a coke for drink, and a happy meal with 6 nuggets and an apple juice. Not hard or complicated right? WRONG, can’t even get that right can they? Got to the window, the girl with upmost attitude acting like her dog just died handed us a box of drinks with 2 cokes and a shake, not a word just turned her back and walked away. After making Uber orders she then proceeds making our food ready. Finally gives us the food with no apple juice for the happy meal, so I tooted to get her to come back. She ignored it and proceeded to serve walk in customers (2 girls), it took one of the girls to kindly indicate to me if I needed the worker, I nodded and she came to the window. I told asked if we could please get the apple juice too that comes with the happy meal. She then proceeds to ARGUE with us not once, not twice, not 3 times, FIVE time we repeated the drinks we ordered. She tried telling me the shake was for the happy meal and that we ordered 2 “vanilla” cokes too (just wanted normal coke. We had to explain that 5 times that we ordered a shake, coke for the mcspicy meal and the apple juice for the happy meal. Has the audacity and attitude to ask for one of the cokes back so she could give us the apple juice.

Finally arrived home, and im not exaggerating when I say this. We opened up our bag to find STALE yes STALE and cold chips, no sauce (the lady at the speaker even asked what sauce we wanted), vanilla shake instead of chocolate, 5 nuggests, not 6 and they were so dry my daughter complained of stomach cramps. My partners burger had no mayo, a tiny thin slice of chicken and an over bearing amount of dry left over lettuce it was sickening to even look at and that too was cold.

After finishing what we could manage to get down, I called them up, asked for management in which the girl that answered my call said she was. I KINDLY told her how unhappy we were with it all and that I’m not usually one to complain but that, that’s how bad it was. She asked for my name, address (not sure why I needed to provide my address), number and email for someone to contact me on the next day in regards to a voucher for the next time we come in. It has now been 4 days, still no message, call or email NOTHING. So pathetic I’ve never had a worse fast food...

Bad reviews are not my thing, but harsh constructive criticism is required this time. We visited McDonald’s at the 7/11 Servo in 1603 Hume Hwy Campbellfield @ 10am 6th Dec-21 to purchase a quick bite on the way to our destination. We ordered some raisin toast & coffees each but was greeted with don’t have any raisin toast left, so we substitute it for a ham and cheese sandwich which was fine but upon getting our coffees they were mainly milk and water and was very lukewarm - for a barrister I find that quite sad; so I let them know of the status of these coffees which they quite abruptly said they make us a fresh cup and bring it to us - which they did. These ones were hot but…. again tasted just milk and water and a tiny hint of coffee. I kindly went to the counter to advise the girl again these coffees are not acceptable especially when they are made by a barrister. I was once again greeted with abruptness and no apology. I said i only need one as my husband said he doesn’t want another one. She made it and left it on the counter but clearly saw us sitting there. When I collected it from the counter I asked her if this is mine and she just nodded. My husband said we will never be back here again. Oh, one other thing to mention…for all you menulog or Uber eats - when we arrived there and placed our order (roughly 25min) there was an order sitting on the counter waiting for collection, and was still there when we walked out; so, whoever was waiting for this order I’m absolutely certain it will be stone cold when you got it. I believe good ole customer service is definitely lost. Come on McDonalds/Maccas...

I was there on the 29/11/2017 at night time The manager he was there was very rude very unsure what was his doing wrong order that was waiting for it for half an hour the worker was there doing the food for the customers wasnt wearing a gloves all the customer was very angry with the manager mind u was 24 hour macdonalds he loked the door at about 11.45 and all the people were standing outside even the customers were inside he was screaming at them and saying that he cant take orders after 30 minutes most of the people left i wan waiting on the nuggets that were served not fresh and cold wich i paid for for 15 minutes then i left and i didnt take them and he saw me going he didnt care Please review what i wrote yous can check cameras And something else we will never ever go there again thats disrespectful to me and to all the customers imagine the worker was itching his head then doing the food with no gloves the manager shouldnt be there too he doesnt know what his doing i paid for food which it was a wrong order and missing a lot of staf and didnt finish it was disgusting the manager should be very carefull of all workers the managers shouldnt be saying to the worker ohhh look a customer is saying that u have to wear gloves Very...
