This venue is honestly just a joke. Use to be good a couple of months ago had no issues whatsoever and wonderful customer service.
Now I don't know whether it's a new team or new management but whatever it is, it's just a pathetic execution of customer service/hospitality
A couple week ago I regularly order through menu log for the last orders they have missed the entire meal and only supplied sides. Like do you have a brain ? Do you actually want to work there? Because the repeat failures through menulog is entirely inexcusable I have had to go to another McDonald's that actually meet customer service/hospitality standards.
Today I went to dine in to see if it was just a online service issue. No it was not once again this venue failed to follow basic instructions and did not follow what was ordered. This was face to face so nor only do they fail on the online department they are also a failure face to face/dine in. It was said to have no certain ingredients due to allergies and what happens they serve the exact thing that could of sent two people in anaphalsis if we hadn't discovered it ourselves. This venue does not listen or care for customers dietary needs or meet customer service standards. Watch out because clearly they do not care if they could kill you with their pathetic efforts and disregarding ohs policies and dietary requirements...
Read moreThis review is for that young lady who served me yesterday day and maybe for the management...if it's how it works. Encountered a very rude staff. Yesterday afternoon around 2:30 pm I went to get some food at this McDonal's on my way to work. When I asked for ketchup at the drive through pickup window, that young lady rolled her eyes on me before turning around and get the ketchup for me, and when she came back, she said, " Just order it next time, it's free, it's free!!" Yes, she said "it's free" twice before I get to say anything. I didn't expect that and I didn't want to block the drive way, so I only said to her, " I know it's free, thank you." before I drove away. She must think that I didn't know the ketchup is free, and I ask her for it only because I was trying to get it without paying. Well, I think it's very rude and offensive for her to say it, and she said it very loudly and firmly. The truth is I didn't know McDonald's would have ketchup on their menu, and I didn't know they can put it on my order through their computer system, because it's so small. And I've been doing it forever and never had any trouble with other McDonald's staff. Please be well educated and don't judge people like that, and I'm totally offended...
Read moreThe worst McDonald's ever. Can never get any order right. Today was the third time they couldn't get the customised burger right. I was shocked at the staff asking me "What is a lettuce bun?" If you're selling something, at least get your staffs educated to know what you're selling/making. I had to wait 32 mins to get my ONE burger. The first burger came without ANY bun (the receipt says lettuce wrap - which is what you get when you choose a lettuce bun from the kiosk). When I asked the staff why it came with no bun when the order clearly says lettuce bun, the staff took 10 more mins and gave me a wrap saying "you asked for a lettuce wrap".. what the?? When I asked another staff about this, he finally gave me the lettuce bun (lettuce was not fresh at all) and it took 32 mins altogether. AND I didn't hear any word of apology all along. The store manager was around but never came to the front or gave any attention to angry customers (there were at least 4 other ppl waiting 20+ mins). This is BY FAR the worst McDonald's ever.
