Just been at the queue at the drive-through one line forever and all the other cars on the other line started moving forward. When we mentioned this to the speaker who was getting the order stated there was problem with the system, so she didn't know. If you guys have been taking 8 orders from a 1 queue you should first check how come there is nobody on the other line ? For so long normally 1-3 you are excused but if it's more than that up to 8 cars in the other line moving forward there is a problem that you need to check?? On top of all these, when we tried to give the order to the girl at the counter was kept arguing you shouldn't been yelling at people, my partner didn't yell, he said how come all the other cars on the other line orders been taken not mine for so long? Fair question? but she was back to back instead of accepting was talking back, which is totally unacceptable customer service. Listen to your customers that's your #1 priority then apologies, if its your mistake. I have been in customer service far longer than you, and if you have a problem in your system just apologise that makes any customer calm down don't go on arguing like it's customer's fault. As it never was in this instance. Because it's in fact your systems fault. Managers should train your staff to calm down, people get frustrated after a while in a situation like this, talking back don't help at all, that just make people more frustrated. it's common sense if you were in that position you would have been the same as well, or you would have been worst with that kinda attitude you got. Also, the speaker specifically said that if you have problem just put a complaint not saying it to me?? Say what now 😳?? Really you got serious issue's?? It's your system not ours we are customers It's our right to give you our opinion, if something ain't right. Very very bad experience from the mccas staff...
Read more25/04/25 ( 1:08am ) yes I know it’s late but after dinner and my mate and I want some ice cream so we went there… obviously the they must change the management as the young Asian girl with a shaved hair cut styled Manager, she is very rude and not welcoming at all the time ( never smile) and got a ego attitude.
The reason why I guess we had an issue with her and her staff Tracys attitude problem a few months ago this year. Coz they argued about the order was long time ago. Because the harsh brown was so cold …and anyways … we just forget abs forgive last time. HOWEVER…. Unfortunately This time I need to share in the Google perform that : may I ask when #McDonald service ice cream cone, do they need a paper to wrap around the biscuits Cone ? Maybe I am wrong but just out of curiosity and food and safety concerns.
HOWEVER sHE is very angry with her look oN her face to tell me piss off , u know that attitude face ? Yes I know yes it’s is just a $1.20 cent ice cream but the way she just cut me off off when I was friendly approaching her and ask her, is it a standard to serve the ice cream cone with the paper? Then she was rude and furious to answer back No no coz it’s is on the tray … um … then how about just one single ice cream cone. She said we all use glove here however I witnessed that all the staffs there were Not using any Gloves
Therefore, I need to ask McDonald’s in this situation. What should I do?

Read moreFootscray Macdonalds used to be a good place to go to, however now the food doesn't come close to what other Macdonalds franchises are serving. The Staff are slow and always making mistakes with the orders, as for the Manager his Service is so bad, unpolite to Customers and prioritize Uber deliveries over Eat in paying Customers or Families, whom are left waiting for long periods of time to place an order or to get their food. The eating Facilities are all with other patrons leftover packages and rubbish. Toilets (Male Toilet) is beyond Disgusting, it Smells really bad and the Urinal was flooded with pee and the Toilet Bowl was so dirty. Macdonalds should make it a priority to clean their toilet facilities, as it does reflect negatively on the Restaurant as a whole. Definitely not a nice place to come back to.
Uber Delliveries from this place are another bad experience as there is always something missing in the orders and the Hamburgers look disgusting, which is a clear sign of Staff rushing under pressure and producing Hamburgers that look disgusting and even have some ingredients missing.* The Big Mac was actually brought to Standard and was loaded with lettuce once, however now it is just a sorry lettuceless thing. Perhaps the franchise owners should take a little trip down to Richmond's Bridge Road Macdonald's and see what a real Big Mac...
