Absolutely disgusted with the incompetent staff who for THREE ORDERS in less than two weeks, charged me for food not received! The first was an app order where I was charged for a drink not received and the mcflurry was half full, without oreos. The second was also an app order delivered by door dash, only to receive two med sprites and no food! (Ordered for my kids who are on school holidays) After calling the "help" line received a refund of $17.5. But the two complete meals cost me $32.50 so I was basically charged $15 to have two med drinks delivered! Tonight I went through the drive through on my way home from a night event, only to be handed my coffee and then wait for 5 minutes for the burger to be handed over. To my surprise, I was finally handed another drink that belonged to the next vehicle. Once I reminded the team (who were all having a hoot of a time chatting amongst the 4 near the serving window) I was handed a burger. I drove off and pulled the food out of the bag ..... you guessed it..... the wrong (and cold) burger. Having enough I turned the car around and walked into the store where I was met by the manager with an attitude who needs training in customer dispute resolution and de-escalation, rather than victim blaming and shaming. To my own amusement, a friend of an employee (who said he couldn't work because of a limp and went behind the counter without any food safety prep at all to grab some free food) was also waiting on a meal..... he came back to the counter with his burger... which was the wrong one. Seriously, this whole team need to become more professional and diligent in their employment. Read moreAs I entered this fine establishment at around 7:35pm, my eyes lit up. It was a great change; a change from dark to bright, as the light outside had disappeared due to day light savings, and the restaurant was lit up perfectly.
It was quite a journey to get from the front door to the register to order, as friendly workers welcomed me into the store at every corner! However, I had finally arrived to the front counter.
"May i please have 48 nuggets?" I exclaimed. The lady answered, and to my satisfaction, said "yes" with a golden white smile.
After giving up my 6 hour shift earnings from the local dollarmart, I had realised; the deed is done. Now I must wait. It was a short wait, to be fair. A minute or so. "Number 3,827? 48 nuggets?" "Yes, that's me!" After exchanging our light mannered civil conversing, I left.
I sat down on a table alone near the back and had noticed, "gee golly! These tables are cleaner than the sponge I use to wax my body!" The workers did an excellent job!
Now, for the best part, the food. The 48 nuggets came in two boxes, and in each box was 24 freshly made nuggets, as well as some sauce dips.
Every nugget had a unique characteristic to it. The very first nugget I took out, while a little hot, was as soft as the bottom of a jelly worm. I took a bite into it and immediately my mouth watered. The nugget made me feel like I was back in heaven.

Read morewent drive through 11.45 pm ,no one attended the drivethru order , for a good few minutes, ,so i drove around to the order window, i was rudely told i didnt order, i explained no one attended to me, Then i was told if im going to be rude shes not serving me. I asked for the manager, i was told drive to the next window. i spoke to the manager,explained the situation. she said come in and order its quicker. so i did go in after parking my car. and again i stood in the store not having my order taken. so i asked for the manager again, a young girl no idea of any customer service, where do you get these people , you pay them dont you, i just wanted to be served and leave. it seems mcdonalds hampton park is not in the business of serving customers and the attitude is of lazy people . so i left empty handed . wasted my time and fuel.
guess what theres a new maccas opening soon in hampton park. il be going there soon for better service, hopefully they fill the chips properly and the service will be welcoming . looks like the arvo shift at hampton park maccas is overworked they shouldnt be in customer services then. this was the last time i go there ,disgusting thankyou...
