I'll start by saying IF I was able to rate less than one star I damn well would. Ad this is a shocking McDonald's
Went to this McDonald's tonight with a friend and I would not suggest them. The woman working the drive through counter was rude and spoke to my friend utterly disrespectfully when all they asked was if there was a bin as we had to throw a McDonald's cup our. She spoke very rudely While snapping at us and said "I'm not taking that cup there's a bin right ahead of you" we pointed out that she was never asked to take the cup and that the bin also was overflowing onto the road. She was the rudest worker I've ever come across. The burger I ordered and paid for I could not even eat as it had stuff on it that it shouldn't of that I'm actually allergic to and I specifically asked "is there pickles on that burger as I'm allergic" as I wasn't sure if that burger had pickles on it so I asked before ordering and was told no. The same rude woman from the drive through is the one who said it did not have pickles and when I went back and asked why it had pickles on it when she explicitly said it did not she was yet again rude to us to the point we just left and called the money we spent a loss as she didn't even listen when I asked if they could remake it.
The burgers were also had ingredients from other burgers that are not on the burgers we order all through the boxes and packaging and also on the bottoms and tops of the burgers and in the burgers. And they were clearly made by someone without a hair her as mine had a hair in the box.
We also had 2 large fries in our order. We got one large fries and a large fries box that was only a quarter full. So we paid for stuff we did not even get.
The drinks were only about half to 3 quarters full when they were large drinks they had the volume of a small drink.
In all this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The drive through worker was rude. The burger had a hair in the box and we didn't even get what we paid for as the drinks were I large cups but only had half a drink and same with one of the chips we ordered. I left this McDonald's a little rattled and shaken up with how nasty the drive through worker was to us and how rudely we were spoken to. And the fact that as we went to drive out if the drive through we heard this rude woman working the drive through mutter under her breath (and I won't put the swear word she called us in this review) but apparently from what she muttered we are "rude arrogant (insert swear word she said) people who have no respect for the workers". We weren't rude at all to this woman and she swore at us and said nasty things as we went to leave the drive through window she was hiding behind as she said it.
Will never ever go here again and will also be calling the manager tomorrow morning to report the staff member at the drive through as she swore at and about customers and was just all out rude to us.
Shame on you Whittlesea McDonald's for hiring abusive workers who swear...

Just went there for 2 drinks and again told to park in the waiting bay. Asked the girl at the window to make sure my coke was filled to the top, when my drink finally came out sure enough it was no where near full. Asked the employee to go back and fill it up and said to him “if I have to pay nearly $5 for a medium coke I want a full one. The coke came out with the manager Emily and she said sorry but that’s how the drink machine is calibrated so we can’t top it up. I said are you serious? she then had the worst attitude I have ever experienced just to simply top a coke up as they should. What ever happened to pleasing your customers? Did I ask for something unreasonable? I don’t think so! These young people these days have no drive to please customers. All she had to do was top the drink up to where it should be and I would have been happy but no, just give the paying customer attitude then walk away. Read moreI'm a carer for my ex-partner. A couple of weeks ago, she had a seizure in the car as we were ordering in the drive-thru. It wasn't her first seizure, but it was definitely her worst one. I'd like to take a moment to thank Aaron, the manager on shift at that time. He really went above & beyond, from immediately calling an ambulance to providing defibrillator equipment and even waiting with us until the ambulance departed. Beyond that, he not only offered us free food then & there, but ensured our next meal with him on shift was also free of charge after we declined the original offer. I mean, didn't even give me a chance to pay. It wasn't an option, he made it happen. And damn, that food was GOOD. It was fresh, it was hot, everything was perfect, it was amazing, probably the best Maccas meal I've ever had. There was some magic involved, clearly. Regardless of the food, the main thing I want to say is that his calm nature on that night really helped in a lot of unspoken ways. It definitely didn't go unnoticed.
