1st time and last time visit at Mc Donald's - Clayton
On order 0075, 3 medium fries packs, 2 of them were barely up to half way filled with fries and the 3rd pack just had less than half.
Absolutely ruined our dining experience as we didn't check the bag and left and only realised it when we too lk it home 10min later.
Rang the restaurant, soke to a guy called Will, he was nice about it and advised when we go back they'll just give us a free medium fries, didn't bother to let him know about the other 2 packs.
That's not the point, the point is having to go back twice when people should be getting it right the first time.
Will said providing feedback through this portal would take 30 secs absolutely false as the page here kept reloading every 3 min so I had to start all over again 3 times with this feedback.
What an absolute terrible experience at Clayton. Never again at that restaurant.
Upload photo function also doesn't work upon clicking on it. Can't even attach photos. Absolutely terrible McDonalds.
I just hope no other customers get this really poor experience off the back of McDonalds staff at Clayton being really tight with the fries servings and feedback link also refreshing automatically half way through providing feedback having to start all over again 3 times then upload pic function not working needs...
Read moreSo disappointed on your staffs' behaviour and attitude. Today, 1st of December we ordered food from drive thru. We accept that time was quite busy and orders were mixed up including ours. I saw one of your staffs gave an order to a wrong customer who was waiting at the waiting bay and then got that order back from the customer and gave to the correct customer. I don't think it's a wise action taken by your staffs during this pandemic period. We were also waiting for our food and waited so long and then your manager came out and asked about our order again.we were told that there would be a refund too. Then she went inside and sent our order with someone else. we asked for our refund and mentioned to him that we wanted to talk to their manager. Your manager came out and gave us the refund and went back saying nothing and showing us a bad attitude. I asked her name and I got a reply from her saying "I don't have a name". I said I needed to make a complaint so I asked her name again and then she replied 'Rebecca' again showing us an attitude. Even we doubt that's her actual name. As a manager no apology no smile just attitude.

Read moreOrdered food today at 12:30pm, it took twenty minutes for it to be ready. We only ordered two burger meals. It was a joke. There weren't that many people waiting either, I assume they were too focused on the drive thru to worry much about the people dining in.
There is very little space to wait for your food inside as well. They clearly haven't considered what social distancing should mean for their diners. Consider removing a table or two closest to the registers (in front of the McCafe area) to allow for better distancing, please.
I went to the toilets while waiting and two of the three female toilets looked like they hadn't recently been cleaned. The tables also looked like they could use a clean. Not a single staff member wiped down the tables in the 40 minutes we were there. I thought sanitation would be more of a priority these days.
Luckily the food was hot and delicious, though a bit lacking in lettuce. This is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
Oh, and we ordered the fries with the shaker salt, then when picking up the order were informed they were out. Why let people order it on the self serve kiosk if...
