If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Always a disappointment, service is disgraceful and let's not get started with the waiting period for your drinks or food. I have decided to provide my feedback today due to the acknowledgement of why this establishment is so poor. As I arrived at the counter being the only person standing there as I refuse to wait in drive thru for over an hour to get my frozen drinks. I was greeted by absolutely no one for 10mins other then a young lady standing at the food line playing around with the macz paper bag with no food in it or anywhere in site and had time to go over to a college at the drive thru window for a laugh and chat. She would look at me and look away for over 10mins until I walked up to her asking for service. She then proceeded to stay still and call someone from the back. As I ordered from another staff member I had asked her who that young lady was and was informed she was the manager. To my shock I told her well that explains why this establishment is so poor. I then proceeded to head towards the young lady asking her are you really the manager, you have seen me stand there for over 10mins and not once thought to come serve me or call another staff member. Her response was she was busy. I then asked for her Name several times which she refused to give which I'm assuming she is more than aware what she is doing is not acceptable. I then asked one of her colleagues what her name was which he was more than happy to give. Today, I experienced the worst service of my life at this McDonald's. It could even be described as blatant racial discrimination. I placed two orders, and the system showed they were completed, but the staff completely ignored my presence. My meal was just sitting in the cabinet. I stood at the counter for over ten minutes, repeatedly trying to communicate with the staff, but no one paid any attention to me. They even deliberately avoided making eye contact with me. During this period, all the other customers' orders were delivered promptly, but I was completely ignored. This differential treatment made me feel angry and humiliated. This is not just a matter of service attitude, but outright discrimination! If this is the regular way this store operates, it doesn't deserve to stay in business at all! As a global chain restaurant brand, McDonald's will surely be affected in terms of reputation if such bad behavior is allowed to occur. I strongly urge the relevant management to investigate this matter and take measures to prevent similar situations from happening again! Read moreThe worst service I’ve ever received. Tegan was the manager, and she wouldn’t provide the name of the customer service representative that served me. I would suggest the store manager review the camera footage from my visit at approx 9am this morning through drive through. I ordered a babycino and a picolo. I drove up to the counter to receive my drinks and was handed one drink only, I asked if it was the babycino or the picolo, I was told something along the lines of “this is it”. I explained that there should be two drinks, a babycino and a piccolo. To which the customer service rep said “stop screaming at me”. At no point was I even rude nor even raised my voice a notch, please review the footage. When Tegan came to sort out the issue, she seemed to understand that a piccolo and a babycino were two different drinks. I suggested a deep dive into customer service skills for her employee, and advised I would be giving feedback to the store but Tegan could not provide contact details for me to lodge feedback.
