McDonald's — Restaurant in Melbourne

Walked into this McDonald's. While I was waiting in line, I saw someone order 2 Y3000 Cokes, and then another person ordered 2. I asked the woman working there (she had a pastel flower t-shirt, not a work uniform for some reason) to get me one. Surprisingly, there wasn't a sign indicating they've run out; however, she said, "Unfortunately, we can't get you one today. Would you like a normal Coke instead?" No reason given, just a flat-out no.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with this McDonald's. I ordered delivery, and they left out one of my items, still charged me, and refused to give a refund. Another time, I waited 30 minutes in the store for my order. When I asked what was going on, they started making it right then, no refund or free item offered for making me wait THIRTY MINUTES for a MCDONALD'S ORDER. Sadly, it's my local McDonald's, and there's no other one near my house, but I'm definitely not going back. They didn't even offer any kind of compensation (a refund or a free item) for the inconvenience of waiting 30 minutes for a burger and fries. How disgusting. Also, by the way, the entrance door says "pull" and has a pull bar, but there's also a practically hidden doorknob. You can't pull the door without using the doorknob. Quite confusing,...

Worst maccas ive visited in the world. I want you to think for a second why would anyone even bother taking time out of their life to write a review on google regarding a fast food place we all know is pretty average to say the least. well the answer is simple this maccas is the worst ive ever been to and ive been to some in active war zones. the service is non existing i watched 2 people walk out due to not getting served. another losing his mind because he had waited 15 plus mins for a milkshake i myself waited over 30 mins for some hash browns and a coffee. i was blown away with the lack of service,waiting someone asked for a order update the person serving them just walking back to chat with a mate in the back and didnt even check what he promised the customer he would. when i tried to order a larger tattooed female man hating employee thing simply ignored me so i started to use the machine went on to service the females that were behind me so i came back then she just walked away this is without me saying anything negative. this being the 3rd time ive had horrible service here it will be the last time i go. my only wish is this place burns to the ground and i get to salt the earth on it and those that...

Restaurant and toilets were terribly unclean. We ordered an omelette wrap, no bacon, extra spinach, extra cooked onion. We paid for the additional ingredients. We waited an ice age to get the meal, then when we got it, it was just a standard omelette just no bacon. I took this back and said it wasnt good enough because we paid for the additional stuff. The guy asked would it be okay to just put the stuff on the omelette wrap we already had. I said, no. I wamt another one. They did it and i sat down. Everything was cold, the onion they put on was uncooked. When we went to get two muffins from the mcafe' the girl told us she was too busy and to order from the main counter. When she got our two muffins, instead of using tongs, she used her bare unwashed hands to pick out the muffins and put them in the bags. It was the most terrible over priced experience we have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its a total waste of hard earned money. Tye whole team should be sacked and a whole new lit should be brought...
