My son gets Chocolate Fudge Sundaes, with his orders, albeit Uber or Driver though regularly. Lately the last several orders whether he picks it up or it gets delivered are half full. He asked if they could fill it up, and the guy said NO.. Unbelievable. The girl fills them proper all the way up.. The Manager or the Guy in the Drive through needs educating. There is a clear image on his self order pillars within the store. Take a look at what you are handing out to people that are placing their orders. It's simple to do. Do you want us to pay half the amount of the Choc Sundaes that we have bought over the last summer months. Then to be told NO is an insult to our honour. I've taken a picture of how full the Choc Fudge sundae should look.. we will show this picture to this guy from now on.. however, we can't do that with Ubers. Please train the staff correctly.. or at least get them to study the food online. Take a look at the menu online for the Chocolate Fudge Sundae, it's clear what level it should be filled to, and what it should look like.. Side on, the sundae was not visible. You had to look down inside the cup, and is it wasn't full to the top.. like a half filled coffee cup. Now you receive my son's full amount on the receipt.. that's just not fair at all. Taking advantage of people who are good people. People who work hard don't deserve this. His orders are late, because it works late. This guy, in the drive through counter. "The Customer is Always Correct"... repeat! Fill it up or have a legitimate reason or refund the amount. I will be telling the Franchise Owner of this store. Read moreWe came here about 9pm on a Friday just for McFlurries and some fries but shouldn't have bothered if we knew it was going to be such a disaster!
After waiting 10 mins for our food, we approached them and realised that our Mcflurries were already made and melting. They were waiting for our fries to be made before giving us our order but somehow they took ages to make our fries, perhaps they were prioritising the drive thru but then why make our McFlurries first?
They had a few delivery drivers waiting around and those drivers would have hit the "I'm here" button and yet still had to hang around over 20 mins waiting on their order.
We noticed the two managers having a smoking break outside while the inexperienced staff inside were struggling to rush through the orders. The managers were also smoking right outside the entrance and undercover, which is illegal in Victoria.
I used to work at McDonald's therefore know the food preparation process and the staff here were clearly not taught half of them.
I'll never eat at this McDonald's branch ever again, don't want to support managers who disrespect the law and have no care for...

I gave her a 5 dollar voucher and said thank you, and she just gave me the most dirtiest look and took it and didn’t put through the voucher and just ignored me the whole time! As I said thank you again not even realising she charged me the full amount she then ran over to the cafe station as you can see it through the drive through window and then took over the another girls job and started to make one and proceed to make them and laugh and giggle. definitely not the best piece of mind. She only made them half way through to leave the girl to finish it off. The young lady who was in the last window who was watching them looked almost nervous when the other workers were giggling making the chai’s and even glanced over at us a few times which just also made it seem more sus, then she handed them over with extremely shaky hands... I even said “shaky”.
