Never ever leave reviews but felt compelled today. I go here everyday, every day and today was no different for my usual coffee ect, my son asked for a fresh banana bread and unfortunately the young man serving me gave me a not so fresh hard end piece of the banana bread, i knew my son wouldn’t eat it so quietly i said to the young man, listen do you mind changing this as i know my son wont eat it, and low and behold Little Miss dark hair decided to yell from the doorway of the coffee area that she seemed to believe that ‘there’s nothing wrong with it’ so this has honestly angered me beyond belief and I demanded the young man get her to come to my car window, he asked me to pull forward and he would get said Miss interrupt so i pulled forward and waited 5 minutes and clearly she wasn’t coming to discuss further with me so i parked my car and went inside to continue the conversation. What a rude worker you have there, i was talking to said man taking care of the drive through and little miss gonna but in couldn’t back up that there wS nothing wrong with it as actually calling my son a liar. I use to go here everyday, some staff are sweet and i actually have dealt with this one before and found her just as that very sweet, some staff are rude, not interested however i stayed because it was my local but being spoken about from her today from a door way in a discussion that honestly had nothing to do with her has angered me beyond belief. How much rude service do we have to tolerate before enough is enough, she gave a weak apology as i was approaching the counter which fuelled me more. You would think common sense would prevail but it certainly didn’t and wont in the staff that no everything and think they are superior over a regular paying customer. This is for her management, well done to little miss for butting in to my conversation today with the lovely man in the drive through, say 8.30 am this morning, he was wonderful but your acting manager has cost you a very valuable customer today and i shall never return to your place of business. I hope she is reprimanded and spoken to about common sense instead of her yelling an opinion across a coffee section but completely speechless when confronted. Good on you lovey being so god damn rude. Enjoy And by the way No I don’t want fries with that
To the young man that greets everyone ‘what’s up my bro? Thank you for being so nice to my boys, they are going to miss...

I ordered a Family Dinner Box at 11PM on a Friday night, thinking I was about to feed my family. Instead, I received two McChickens that felt like they’d just come out of a museum exhibit. Rock. Hard. You could’ve used one to tile a roof. The second one? Possibly still frozen. I’m not sure if I was supposed to eat it or defrost it myself at home.
To make things worse, the McDouble that was clearly supposed to be part of the order was missing. Just… gone. Maybe someone back there was hungry, maybe it was a magic trick — either way, it wasn’t in my bag.
We drove back through to get it sorted and handed the two McChiselburgers back so they could see what we were dealing with. They asked us to pull into the waiting bay so they could “make them fresh.”
Great. Hope, right? Nope.
They came back with the same number of burgers (still no McDouble — guess that’s lost to the void forever). And the “fresh” McChicken? Wrapped exactly the same way I returned it — torn paper and all. Pretty sure it was the same sandwich. If they did remake it, they somehow made it worse. At that point, I wasn’t even mad — I was confused. Is this a prank? Are we being punk’d?
The other McChicken was slightly better, emphasis on slightly, but still far from edible.
This wasn’t just a bad meal. It was a full-on display of how little care or effort was put into our order. The food was borderline unsafe, the customer service was dismissive, and even when given a second chance to fix it, they couldn’t be bothered.
It’s one thing to make a mistake — it’s another to double down on it with zero accountability.
Won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others double-check their orders — and maybe bring a microwave,...
Read moreSuch a horrible experience that I have to leave a review. This evening, I was caught on the road with a screaming baby who got sick and needed a feed earlier than usual. I needed hot water from the coffee machine to finish off his formula bottle and went through drive through. I ordered a small cup of hot water which I have done countless times before and was told they couldn't do it. Baffled (and with escalating screaming from bubs I'm his carseat), I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Maddie came to the window and advised they couldn't do this 'for health and safety'. After querying whether this policy was branch specific, she advised that if I burnt myself I could sue them because I didn't order anything else. I advised that if money was the issue at hand, I was happy to order something. The transaction for the small hot water was entered as a tea for $3.80. At the next window I collected my purchase - a lukewarm cup of water. I had to leave my husband and daughter in the car to race inside and request hot water again and was met by rolling eyes from the manager herself. I poured some water into my hand to show her this wasnt hot at all and I really needed this. The attitude I received was just incredible. I was given another cup of the same. If I had truly ordered a cup of tea, I doubt it would have even brewed. Sounds like a silly ordeal, but parents of young babies or kids will understand this is the last thing you need after a hard weekend. McDonalds, do better...
