Read moreWe order quite frequently from this mcdonald's. 80% of the time the order is missing one thing or the other. This is not a criticism of the young kids working there. Managers and management need to train them better! One time, I was quickly checking my order at the drive-through exactly because of this. Probably within 5 secs, the manager/ assistant manager told me abruptly to move the car forward as there was a long qeue. I told her I'm just checking the order quickly. She told me that I was supposed to check at the screen. I told her the screen didn't get prompted to me to check. Also, that wasn't the point of the check - the point was to check if I physically received all the items ordered. Then she said rudely I was supposed to park in front to check. She also had the nerve to say that the cars behind are now angry because I'm taking too long. If there is something missing, then I'm supposed to get out of the car, walk in to the restaurant, wait at the counter and say there is something missing? So much for a drive-through service. Surely enough, there was something missing with the order that time as well. Train your staff better, train your managers/ assistant managers better. If you don't get the orders wrong 80% of the time, then people won't have to check their orders...
Read moreConsistently incorrect orders since we moved here 13 years ago. In store, drive thru and everytime through UBER. Young, inexperienced staff who's focus is on their social outings and experiences rather than the customers waiting. Yes, it's a generalisation, however, considering it's the same story for that many years, it can only mean the management are not fit for the job, recruitment is non existent and morale must be pretty low since they're always looking for staff. Tonight we waited just over 35 mins in drive through. A notice at the ordering bays of an approx wait time would have been appreciated. Let people you know you have 'one staff on drive thru.' Apologise for the absurd delay. The order was incorrect and they were unable to correct it at the second ( collection) window. We collected our drink and then ushered to the THIRD window for an even longer wait. Windows were disgusting g. Dirty, dusty, dead bugs in the window. I can only imagine what's going on in the restaurant. I took photos ; hopefully I can post them. Don't waste your time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND driving to Diamond creek or lower plenty for HOT food, correct order and quick and friendly service. Definately the last...
