The worst McDonald’s we have ever been to. Very poor customer service - so so very slow and the whole crew look so so miserable. They need firecrackers under their buts to get them moving. Even the manager is blasé about the extremely pathetic situation going on around him - but he doesn’t care about the customers - he would rather fob them off. We waited and waited and waited for our order. We ordered on the app and wonderer if our order was processed it as we were waiting a very long time for our order. They called out numbers of the orders that were ready beyond our number. Still we waited and waited and waited. We then asked for our order. And all this time it had been left sitting on the bench. It was stone cold. Is it all too much trouble to get your act together? Then we ordered coffee and iced latte on a separate order. Same again - we waited and waited and waited. They weren’t even busy. Asked for the monopoly voucher that we didn’t receive with the iced latte . Manager was very blasé about the query. He simply said, It’s on the app” and fobbed me off. We will never order from this McDonald’s store again The total experience was absolutely disgusting and that’s without us yet to comment on the state of the toilets. A crew member spent the whole time we were there just mopping up the same small section of the floor in the restaurant area. Do they have a crew member to clean the toilets? Maybe this particular crew member just didn’t want to clean the toilets (can’t say we blame him). We can’t comment on the women’s toilets as I wasn’t game enough to go in there. But the men’s toilet had heaps of faeces on the lid and the other toilet was full of used toilet paper with urine all over the floor. Maybe this is in retaliation for the appalling customer service dished out at this store. Oh by the way, the bins needed emptying - they were overflowing with rubbish falling out onto the floor - but my guess is they couldn’t even be bothered doing...
Read moreAfter being at IKEA for the evening we decided.for the first time this year we would go and have McDonald's we also decided we would eat in which we don't do very regularly! Our order was one of the special large big Mac meals that promoted the free coke glass and a quarter pounder and chips.
That was at 9.02 we finally received our order at approx 9.22.I probably wouldn't normally be to concerned about the service time to much the fact was it took 20 minutes for McDonald's to supply our meals which was a bit unusual??
It was actually a lot of the little things that did it for me!
After recieving our food we noticed everything was there except the promotional Coke glass ?? We weren't overly concerned as we thought we could pick up on the way out! I then started to work out how to eat this special Big Mac, the main thing I noticed was that it seemed to have less ingredients like lettuce etc and only one pickle and lots and lots and lots of sauce, it was so big and so sloppy due to the amount of sauce that the meat patties were sliding out of the burger and the bun was breaking up in my hand, I ended with sauce everywhere, it was lucky I had lots of tissues. I continued to persist and finally I got through eating the burger, as for the rest of the meal there was no real issue.
Adding to our experience on the way out I asked about the glass he said they had run out as.the promotion was finished! I then asked him why were they still promoting the meal? As I felt it was false advertising and I definitely wouldn't have bought the burger had I known they had run out!! The regular meal would have been sufficient.
Before we left the manager behind the counter said we were welcome to try another McDonald's store to see if they had the glasses?? Yeah I could just imagine going into each McDonald's store to ask for.a glass?? was not going to happen!!!
Overall a Disappointing experience, I don't think I'll be rushing back to McDonald's...
Read morebad services poor language from night shift staffs, the worst McDonald's staffs I have ever seen, staff who made the order would not understand english properly, I would like to order 20 packs nuggets with chocolate milkshake, and I repeated five time while I was using drive thru service. She just keyed in 10 packs and ask me drive thru. 20 packs is a value meal which is more reasonable than purchasing 10 packs, the "amazing" staff keyed in 2 x 10packs and 2 individual milkshake instead. The most ridiculous was the manager call Chirs or something, we found out the item from the receipt was not what we would like as soon as we took the receipt and the food. Then we walk in and talked to him without eating, we told him we would like to change to a meal of 20 packs and a extra milkshake he stated" oh, you should said you want a meal when you ordered." That's ridiculous!! Then I ask " ok, what is the next question that you ask after I told you, for saying, a cheer burger?" He answered" is that anything else?" What is that? That's how he got trained? I could not believe, Even I did not work in McDonald's before, I know that is not the answer. They should clarify whether it's a meal or a single burger. He refused to change meal by saying " you should tell when you ordered" which means it's my false to not telling them that's in a meal? What a ridiculous services? I can't believe how this kind of staffs being employed. And I wondering if this is just the attitude of that person or something wrong with McDonald's training system. The worst experience that I Had ever had...
