This café exceeded all expectations. Specifically Mr Vikram the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The interior is beautifully designed — cozy yet modern, with just the right background music and natural light that makes it perfect for both working or catching up with friends.

The coffee is Outstanding. You can tell they take pride in sourcing quality beans and crafting every cup with care. I ordered a iced black and it was perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. The food menu was equally impressive — fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and flavors that actually surprise me.

Service was another highlight. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and clearly passionate about what they do.

Such bad customer service. Paid for 2 coffees, only received 1 as they said we only paid for 1. Also a bad experience with the recent Halloween pumpkin hunt and the kids not getting the chocolate after spending an hour hunting for the pumpkins. Good customer service goes a long way. Not returning!

Edit - the first coffee was ordered and paid for earlier and was not given at the table. You came to us admitting you gave the incorrect change. The large coffee was $5.50, we gave you $50.50, you gave us $35 change, $50.50-$5.50 = $45. You owed us $10. Where is the video footage of my mum ordering her coffee before I arrived, she did not receive this coffee, her friend sat there drinking hers without my mum receiving hers. Such poor customer service.

My new favourite cafe! The staff are so friendly and kind. They always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The food is delicious. So much variety. I keep finding a new meal I love that I have repeatedly and then when I finally choose something different, I end up having that meal again over & over. There have been lots of changes to the cafe in the past few months and I love that there are regular discounts and specials available. The vibe is very relaxed and easy going. Plenty of choices to sit inside or outside. Jazz the Barista, always remembers my favourite drink and exactly how I like to have it. Things like that go a long way.
