Crackling Pork Belly Bánh Mì:
9/10 rating. The salad was very fresh. A bit more pork belly would have been ideal, but it's hard to complain given the price. The pork was crispy with a good balance of crackling, fat, and meat content, though this is a matter of personal preference; others might prefer it more or less fatty. The pâté was excellent—rich and flavourful. The bread roll was good.
Chicken Schnitzel Bánh Mì:
7.5/10 rating. Much of what I mentioned about the pork belly bánh mì applies here as well. The crackling is delicious and crispy offering a trademark crack and crunch. Full of strong savoury and umami notes. The rest of the filling is sharp and fresh adding texture to the roll. Comes with a healthy serving of coriander, so coriander haters beware. Also reasonably priced considering the standard they are achieving. The only thing that could be improved is maybe a tiny bit more crackling but that is maybe bordering on a...

The crackling pork or plain pork are extremely popular but my personal favourite is Tofu! You can customise your Banh Mi if you don't eat fish (no pate) dairy (no homemade butter) or if you are part of the "I hate coriander" movement? No coriander, no problems. If you like a bit of kick you can add chili. Yummo.
As a bakery they also have fresh bread and a small selection of sweet treats (eg. Lamingtons, custard tarts and Nutella donuts), hot pies but also made to order sandwiches and rice...
