Nando's Lynbrook — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible service. Did an online order. When arrived, was told that there was no chicken for 45minutes. Had to wait another 25 minutes for wraps to be made (even though we were advised it would be 5-10 min) and then when they finally made everything, got to the car which we then found the original burger was missing which they then found and gave to us even though it was 45 minutes old. Won’t be returning. Worst Nando’s I’ve ever been too.

Have emailed head office as well as we were charged 15% public holiday charge which is fine if you actually get what you’ve paid for.

This Nando’s really does ruin the reputation of other Nando’s as I’ve been to this Nando’s 3 times and 2 times they had run out of chicken and the other time we could only get chicken.

This owner really needs to work out how to actually run...

I have made an online order via nandos app and made request to give me both breast pieces and as per the screenshot of the order I have request in special request section which store totally ignored and they have given me one leg and one breast. When asked the store manager that I have made special request they have told we can't see all instructions and can't give you both breasts pieces. I have told him then what is the meaning of instructions section when you can't obey it. Many other stores have given me both breast pieces if they don't have any in store they usually come and ask before putting food on table . Worst customer service ever the staff and store manager is really rude. Don't go in this store as they don't know how to behave...

Used to be one of the best Nando's I have been to. Since hands have changed the place has seem to go down hill, even though they have more workers than they had before. Service is quite slow, restaurant is quite messy, I understand that on a weekend it gets quite busy but with five workers on at one time you'd at least think the toilets could be clean.

Food was mediocre at best, ordered lemon and herb tenderloins, tasted like nothingness. Also ordered the Mediterranean salad, which was like a bowl of the Sahara desert, the salad is supposed to have balsamic dressing. I know that I can add my own but when that is what is written on the menu, I expected more than a teaspoon of dressing to two cups of...
