Delish! Went in this morning to pick up some bread for breakfast after discovering online the sourdough is vegan. The woman working was so lovely, explained to me ALL their bread is sourdough AND vegan. Couldn’t be happier about that. Then she showed me all of their other vegan products which includes biscuits, muffins, the fruit buns, orange and poppyseed cake, the fruit and nut cake and they also have pies. I bought the multigrain sourdough which is covered in seeds. It was still warm when I arrived home! Had 2 pieces with Vegemite for breakfast. I have been a regular customer at this place for years but I won't be back. I called to let the person who served me know that the pie she gave me had onion in it which I am allergic to. I generally get beef pies here specifically because they don't contain onion or garlic, and on this occasion the signage on the cabinet was misleading. Instead of apologising, or listening to the feedback, she was not at all concerned that I would have an allergic reaction and instead gave me attitude. I'm always a little confused as to the actual shop front. It seems like many windows of the business before you get to the shop. Upon entering the small space, you'll notice a delectable array of pastries and donuts, as well as many savoury goods on offer. The pies and sausage roll menu is excellent and well place, and having tried some of each, I can attest, they're bloody great.

The pizza-esque foccacia bread creations are excellent too, cheesy scroll or twist is a winner. The sweet selection looks divine and even though ultimately tempting, I've yet to try any of them, but no matter, that's what a return...
