Neither the franchise nor franchisor give a shit and if they did, the quality of food may have improved after seeing the reviews. Anyway I will share my story - Sunday night I spent about $80 at revanhall store, after reaching home I saw that my order was full of wings when I ordered drumsticks. $80 worth of wings anyway I called the store back and let them know about it, in her broken English she told she will replace/fix the order if I went back to store. I went back and this time they mixed up my order with someone else's order(bulgogi).
Extremely disappointing - surprised that the store can't afford to hire a staff who can understand or speak English properly. How will you resolve my complaint if you can't understand what I am trying to say.

When I made my first call for complaining about incorrect order the staff on phone kept thanking me - she thought I was complimenting not complaining. It took a while for her to understand that I was complaining not complementing for incorrect order I was handed over. That's why I asked if you can hire staff who can understand me properly and rectify the issue in one go - PLS don't ask me to come to your store multiple times to get one order.
Yes your staff asked me to come back to the store so that they can rectify mistake they made and I did go back only to realise that they made the same mistake the second time. And when I called back the second time your staff asked me to come the third time to your store.
I never mentioned if you are paying your staff properly or not Steven - I am asking if you can hire a staff who can understand me and hand over my order correctly. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience today. I’ve known the owner of this place from when we both used to do business at CS Square,and I always thought of him as a very kind and easy-going person. That’s why today’s experience was such a shock.
When I came to the store, the staff were extremely rude. There was not a single smile throughout the whole interaction. While ordering, the staff even showed signs of impatience. I don’t expect overly enthusiastic service, but at the very least, when a customer is hesitating about what to order, you should show some patience.
What shocked me the most was when I asked if they had a restroom. The staff told me, “We don’t provide a restroom here. If you want to use one, you can go across the road to Hungry Jack’s.” First of all, that’s not exactly nearby. Second, I really cannot understand this logic: you make money from your customers here, but then send them to another restaurant to use their facilities.
This place serves both Nene Chicken and Gloria Jean’s drinks — it’s food and beverages together. How can such an establishment refuse to provide basic facilities like a restroom for its customers? Even worse, by telling customers to use another business’s restroom, you are essentially taking advantage of another store’s services without responsibility. If Hungry Jack’s knew this, shouldn’t they be asking you to pay for the cleaning costs of the facilities you’re directing your customers to use?

Last night, I placed an online order for pick-up, a Nene HSP with ranch sauce and 3 k-dogs. The HSP was drenched, no, flooded in ranch sauce to the point it was completely inedible. To make things worse, the chicken still had multiple feathers on it. Not one or two small ones, many, and clearly visible. It was disgusting and made me feel sick.
I called the next morning to explain the issues calmly and respectfully, expecting at least an apology or refund. Instead, the manager dismissed my concerns, claiming the feathers were a “manufacturing issue” and that some are “too small to pluck.” These were not small.
When my sister called to follow up, the manager went straight into defence mode, cutting her off, refusing to listen, and even telling her to “stop yelling” when she wasn’t raising her voice at all. The customer service was appalling.
Truth be told, this branch has always been bad. I hadn’t ordered here in months, decided to give it another chance, and now deeply regret it. They clearly do not value their customers. Save your money. go...
