Noodle House — Restaurant in Melbourne

JUST PLAIN AWFUL!! Ordered through ubereats black bean beef noodles with veg. 4 pieces of vegetable were located in the entire dish, 7 small pieces of meat (which were chewy & not fresh in flavour so I better not get gastro!!) & 99.9% noodles covered in a flavourless sauce. Did not add chilli or garlic as requested, nor supply utensils as requested. Picked a coke no sugar as a drink option when ordering the dish, but no drink arrived either!! Absolutely terrible meal! I'm sick in bed, thought I'd have some healthy veggies which didn't exist, had to go wash cutlery & make a drink, defeating the entire point of ordering food, which basically is a bowl of undercooked noodles in sauce for $23!! Won't see me spending a single dollar here again sadly. Oh & when I rang I got told the veggies shrink in the cooking process 😂 omg, they would have to have been microscopic!!! & The missing drink? Oh that was an error when setting up the system!! Well fix it & don't pretend to give items that are not going to be supplied!!! ...

*FOOD POISONING *So turns out that the boys went there for lunch one after noon and ordered a few different meals. By 4.30pm -5pm they didnt feel the very best. My husband by 5pm started feeling unwell and Thought nothing of it until about 7.pm that night he started vomiting, I asked him what did you eat today and all he ate was lunch from this place. Long night and day! Turns out He had FOOD POISONING. Please guys I would be extremly careful as food poisoning can be very serious. This was a very bad case and went for 48hrs. IM sorry but I would not reccomend this place at all to eat. However I did call them and told the man who then put me onto the lady the situation about food poisoning nothing was done about it all. After waiting for 20 mins I store to order to be then told 30 min wait for food, I understand that there under the pump with uber eats orders coming in which takes first preference to in store orders, the lady was quite rude and abrupt. Then whilst waiting for order I noticed my order sitting on bench for quite some time, then after another 5 mins she brought out the other part of the order. I questioned why tge 1st part sat there for so long, her response was she shook her head and ignored me. I will never go back there again. As for the food it was horrible.
