Noodle Plus — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been a regular customer here for a long time, as a Monash student it’s convenient to come after class. However, the price is unreasonable for the portion given. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude – just because I didn’t pay immediately (I was unsure whether to pay on the left or right), I was treated like a thief ! !!

Noodle Plus is frequented by international students. The takeout they sell can depend on the day, but most of their bestselling stuff can be found every day. Their Salt & Pepper Chicken and Mapo Tofu seems popular with students.

My only complaint is that the rice tastes funny when they serve you rice from the blue tub. I’m not sure why this is. Also that their chilli chicken has fragments of bones floating around in the oil, making it annoying to eat.

I have been to Noodle Plus a few times, they serve very tasty Asian food at reasonable price. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I would love to give this place a 4 or 5 stars. But the let down point is the their boss lady. Seems she doesn't care about the customer service at all. I have seen the boss lady is quite rude to her customers. Customer not just paying for food, they also paying for the service. Will not go this place again for bad...
