Always greeted with pleasant service by the staff and food is consistent with all other papparich stores. Wish this was there20+ yrs ago haha

Latest update as of 18th may 2019 Have been going to Papparich monash express very often for brunch. Today we ordered a few things. One of them was a kuey teow for my son. Poor boy had some and said it doesn't taste right. We, with Malaysian tastebuds tasted it and guess what? It's burnt and that's not to be mistaken with the wok hei (taste from using a good wok). Went to the counter and asked for a redo. Even the fish cake was burnt ( I have pics too).

Within 1.5 mins we got a replacement. Should we try? Think not. Know why? It has the tail of an eaten prawn's shell in it. Seriously so quick? Wow. Did you happen to throw in some eaten kuey teow from prev customers , tossed it around and served out as a redo? Ffs, if you don't have the heart to cook then don't bother doing it!

I ordered nasi goreng with fried chicken and the chicken came burnt on the outside but uncooked inside with pink flesh which I wouldnt dare put in my mouth as it can cause severe food poisoning. They had done the same in the past with their hainanese chicken rice when I did a take away and had avoided going there for almost an year. Today felt like trying something asian and seeing the fried and burnt chicken i thought atleast it would be cooked, but they still managed to make the chicken done as "rare" . I hope restaurants pay attention to what they serve instead of sell something that looks like cooked food. I chucked the whole thing out and bought a second lunch elsewhere so I can survive till dinner. I hope the owner and staff are aware of salmonella and what consumed uncooked chicken leads to.. i have pics of my uncooked lunch but not getting an option to upload here..

The nasi lemak also was terrible, i wonder if they have ever eaten...

Be aware of this PappaRich Monash. DISHONEST.

Paid extra $4 to get extra noodles, however was offered regular size meal. Asked for the staff for double-checking. They told me this was actually an extra size meal. However, one minute later, my friend ordered the regular size meal, they offer exactly the same size. I asked the staff again, they finally admitted their fault, and said they will offer me extra noodles. I said no and asked for the refund of $4. Their staff just very dishonest.

I would definitely not recommend this PappaRich again!
