I have always been a supportive patron dining at the Larder for at least 3 times a week for about 9 months until the new manager took over. The staff and the old manager have been providing fantastic service and are super friendly too so there are no complains there. However, on one fine Monday afternoon as I always like to have my chicken wrap with a side of brocollini, I was in shock as I was mocked by the new manager himself for wanting to consider an alternative meal (chicken pie) on that day. I was absolutely stunned by his comment but instead of apologizing in that instant; he proceeds to tell the chef as to why I should choose something else instead of the chicken wrap and salad when that is all I will order anyway. The food isn't bad, but the attitude of the lady is. She didn't even know I'm becoming their new regular, and even our customer service girl (which is the loveliest person I know) acknowledged that.
