Have been here a few times from when it was just Matilda to now, having another shop lot for takeaway. The staff are always fine but not very friendly. Coffee is decent but depends on who you get as the barista that day. My soy coffee is usually good but one time on the weekend, the girl was way too busy and she made burning hot babycinos. Their cake selection is always impressive but comes along with impressive prices 😆 although I do like that they have a decent vegan selection. It’s a nice little treat if you are happy to splurge that day.

Popped in for a sneaky takeaway treat for afternoon tea. There was no line, so we were able to order and receive our goodies straight away. The display in the window was clean and had a great variety of sweet treats as well as toasted sandwich options. Coffee and takeaway drinks available, as well as fresh bunches of flowers. Staff were friendly. Parking available on street and timed. Highly recommend the Cinnamon Bun and Caramel Miso Cookie.

Ducked in for a quick grab and go during a quiet Saturday morning run. A gem hidden amongst the quiet suburban houses. coffee was high standards (could be a tad hotter since it was only 3 degrees outside! But that's just a personal thing), but the almond croissant was to die for! Higold recommended to pop by to give it a go, just across the shop is their sit down version of the cafe

I absolutely adore Petite by Matilda! It's the adorable little sister to the iconic Matilda cafe, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for delicious takeaway treats. From their scrumptious toasties to their heavenly cakes and refreshing smoothies, every bite is a delight. Their menu is also a dream for anyone with dietary restrictions. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family whenever I visit. And can we talk about the charming French vibes and sky blue decor? It's like stepping into a little slice of Paris right in our neighbourhood - I can’t believe how lucky we are to have this as our local! Plus, I love how they've created such a unique community feel with the picnic rugs on the front lawn—it's so unique and such a lovely touch. Knowing that it's a family business only adds to the warmth and authenticity of the place. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to try out their catering...

First time visit on Sunday, quite crowded and waited fairly long for the order (40-50 mins), plus food generally overpriced.

The Winter Waffle (26.5) is well flavoured - cinamon pear with coconut ice cream combination is unique and refreshing, adding diluted, hot caramel sauce is like cherry on ice cream - however, would expect a better quality because of the waiting time - the dish came in slightly warm (would say cold).

Staff Amy really lovely and passion with her occupation, she would explain the details of each dish and provide good recommendations. Very clear communication with other colleagues and such a...
