Pizza Fellas Berwick — Restaurant in Melbourne

My friend paid over the phone prior coming into the store , to my misunderstanding , I thought we pay so i arrived at the store, the girl took my cash and accepted it, found out that we already paid and had to drive back the next day 40 mins to get refunded. Additionally the pizzas were disappointing , not too much flavour and no sauce, this is the tandoori chicken and they just threw on 4 bits of aioli sauce it wasn’t appealing .. we paid $42 for the 3 pizzas plus an extra $42 cash, very poor customer service on their end that they should’ve checked their receipts because these things could happen. not doing yourselves any favours guys, order arrived almost an hour after the app said it had left the store. The tracking app showing the order doing a tour of clyde before it arrived. If i hadn’t been monitoring the app I never would have noticed that the driver delivered the pizzas to my next door neighbours door, rang the bell and took off. My neighbour had no idea why pizzas were on her door step. pizzas were cold, chips were soggy. When I rang to complain I got fobbed off by the manager. Hard to justify spending my money here again. yeah I'm near done finish this wholesome meal, absolutely beautiful, I gotta give Pizza Fellas a 8/10, the meat was all up in your face, the grease was lightning, the crust was crunchie but not so much your teeth break on every bite, the cheese was flexing, the bbq sauce was all up in my grill the way it should be, I gotta say this pizza was god tier, I haven't had a meatlovers pizza like this before, I change my mind this a solid 10/10, this meatlover is heaven sent you don't just get a meatlovers...
