Platform Pantry Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

We were delighted at the improvements in transitioning from what was "Enriks" to become "Platform Pantry Cafe Restaurant". The new decore is nice and am glad that they have included nice. plush bench seats in some parts. The brighter lighting was appreciated, particularly for my 97-year old father, who needs bright lights to see both the menu and food! The staff were very keen to please and they asked for feedback to further improve the experience there. The new menu is lovely capturing some of the old favouites of Enriks, along with some newer delights to enjoy. I also understand that they will continue their popular tradition of having live music on certain Friday nights, which was a major drawcard at "Enriks"!...

Most unenjoyable dinning experience iv ever had! Book a table for 5 people 5 days prior, was not told at time of booking we would be sat 1.5 metres from a Jazz ensemble. I could not hear what the person next to me was say let alone the person across the table. The volume was ridiculous for a dinning experience. Atmosphere was negative 10 Service was zero as we couldn't even hear what they were saying. Food was avarage but was probably more the whole experience making it unenjoyable.
