Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Blackburn Hotel , a local bar and restaurant near my town, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating for several reasons.

First and foremost, the ambiance of the place was incredible. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and relaxed environment. If your looking for a casual night out with friends, this place has it all.

The food was absolutely delicious. The bar area was also impressive. The bartenders were skilled and creative, they were friendly and engaging, making sure everyone at the bar felt welcome.

In terms of pricing, I found the bar and restaurant to offer excellent value for the quality of service and food provided. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the overall experience.

Lastly, I would like to mention the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the establishment. The bar and restaurant were impeccably maintained, and the restrooms were spotless. It's evident that the management takes great pride in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for their guests.

Had a fairly big crowd in the pokies section which I wanted to only stop in for a beer on my way home and check out the cricket scores but some of these pokie crowd people can get a little carried away. Would be good if there was a small area where you could stand or sit to have a beer or similar and not have them dam robbery devices blaring non stop with mostly extremely dull looking people just pushing them dam buttons over and over again, if your ever here take a moment to scan these poor, probably lonely folks faces and it started making me feel depressed after only 10 minutes! Still if you've got nothing else to do in life than feed money into these electronically rigged devices which 99.9% of the time is going to take it all, it's a free world I spose! I won't be coming back here again anytime soon though. All these pokie games are available to play in the exact same way for free on a Google Playstore app to, if you wanted to play non stop you could pay money but you can't actually win anything, it's just a spin non stop game one of my friends plays so he doesn't have to go to these venues to be robbed blind.

Several people in only 10 minutes even asked the staff working here if the cricket volume could be turned up but they actually were told people wanted to hear their pokie machines more as it's what they're paying for, that was the final straw for me so I finished my schooner of beer and got the heck out of there asap. I celebrated my 21st birthday in the Atrium Bar at the Blackburn Hotel and it was an amazing night!

The venue and its atmosphere was perfect. The flexible and open floor plan made it easy for people to mingle, dance and enjoy themselves. It was modern, clean and well kept, and easy to fit what I wanted. The hotel was also easy for all of our guests to find, with plenty of parking available.

The staff at the Blackburn Hotel were exceptional, from the moment we enquired, to the times we visited and the party itself, we were greeted with outstanding service. The event coordinators were incredibly helpful, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and helping the night run smoothly. Could not thank Matthew, Kenzie, Hannah, Aidan and Victoria enough!!!

There was a delicious range of finger food that catered to all tastes and dietary needs, and the bar offered a good selection of drinks. Additionally, the audio-visual setup was useful, with Bluetooth music connection, screens for a slideshow and a microphone for speeches. There was plenty of space for dancing, and the outdoor patio area was a great addition for guests who wanted a quieter spot to chat (or to watch the footy 😂).
