Qahwa Bean — Restaurant in Melbourne

I visited there for pickup of Menulog and first hard to found using their pin point on google map secondly i saw there is no parking space free in front of their parking space so i go through drive through and in first impression they don’t know I came there as a driver and their behaviour was awesome and when i ask for order then their behaviour changed and rude, they told me park somewhere else in front of somebodies business and come inside if there is no space, i requested that this is my first visit here so I didn’t know and i have a isolated bag in my car so please give the order and their attitude is on next level because I went there as a pickup driver, they are only money minded, driver came their on behalf of customer and why don’t deserve equal respect. 🙁 additionally in order to humiliate me that I’m just a driver they forgot that food is ready and customer...

Unfortunately these guys open too late for me to get a coffee here in the morning, but right now at the time of this review they are the best coffee in Melton, especially after a certain other coffee shop near a shell servo took a nose drive in quality and consistency recently.

The coffee tastes like a dark roast, strong but only ever so slightly bitter, consistent between the multiple coffees I've had from here. Probably the best bacon and egg sandwich I've ever had, the egg wasn't runny but not cooked all the way either.

My only issue is how long will they be able to keep this up? It seems like every coffee shop I go to eventually drops off in this aspect as they start to reuse shots to increase profit margins etc.

Interested in seeing how this place goes in the long run. If you like a darker stronger coffee I suggest giving these...

Avoid this place from now on unless you enjoy terrible food. My $14 roast beef and gravy roll was appalling,as pictured it's burnt to a crisp,no gravy basically,and just thrown in. $7 coffee is getting steep compared to $5 -$5.50 elsewhere and it was also average. I wanted to give a great review hoping I was gonna eat great food and coffee but I was literally disappointed. Literally threw my coffee and he rest of my roll after after 1 bite in the bin. $21 in the bin. I rarely give this sort of rating ht it's deserved.
