I must say it was quite a dissapointing night from start to finish, entree prawn pizza was ok ,7 people at our table main course came out only two of them then the others 20 minutes later really disappointed with the service no apologies, I asked for a new knife and fork the waitress who did not really know the menu was quite difficult and rolled her eyes at my request for fresh cutlery, in these hard times you would want to do the very best you could to attract customers back , my main course was covered in an excess of parmesan cheese raw tomatoes on a duck pasta dish very strange and most unappetizing, as a diner that eats out several times a week at a lot of Melbournes top restaurants this was one not to visit again, so many better place out there for the money, the restaurant was not busy which is an indication of food and service, a has been restaurant that really needs a face lift, new staff with a more pleasant attitude toward...

This is the 2nd time I have an issue with this restaurant. 1st time I ordered a pizza it was very bad done and disgusting and 2nd time my housemate ordered another one through uber eats and the order never arrived so she cold the restaurant and the manager very rude he said he was going to send another one very upset and the pizza was awful. Moreover, the desert was 2 tiramisu and when my housemate was complaining about the tiramisu the manager said I put a big piece instead 2. Unbelievable!!! No more orders here 100%😬😤😬😤😬

I just saw the answer of you and I have not been said the pizza is bad just when we were complaning you acted very arrogant and the pizza was sent 2nd time was very bad on purpose. If something you must do it is to be less arrogant and give better service as you said customer no always are happy but you work is we be. I hope you learn the lesson. customer pay...

We had family over and I had been wanting to try Ragazzi for quite some time so we decided to splash out and have several dishes delivered. What an absolute disappointment. The Trio of dips - no idea what they were? - but guessing one was olive and another Tsadziki. They came with an over-generous selection of olives across the top so it all just tasted of olives. Disappointing and oily and got thrown out. The Prawn Pizza. $28 for only 9” but looked at their advertised pic and thought it must be laden and excellent at that price. See pics attached for what was actual. Total rip off and not even that good. Salads? Limp, oily, totally overdressed and even more over the top olives.
