Red Rooster Eumemmerring — Restaurant in Melbourne

I will not be returning to this store, my husband and I haven’t had red rooster for ages, when we do our experience wasn’t all that great, the store was warm to the point my husband was sweating. I had a Flayva wrap, when I opened mine it was falling apart. The chips tasted like yesterday’s, drinks were warm. The young woman that served us thought we were using eftpos, she wasn’t evening looking at me, I was telling her that I was using cash as she wasn’t evening looking entering the amount into the eftpos machine.

The store was a mess, tables hadn’t been wiped.. we usually eat our meal in the car, today we chose to sit in. Will not be returning...

Worst Red Rooster that I have ever been to.

Looked like only 2 staff were working.

After 4 minutes, the staff took my order.

Half way through taking my order, she started speaking to people in the drive through.

The didn't ask if I had a red royalty card or if I would like receipt before walking away.

People behind me walked out for waiting to long.

Had to ask for them to add my card and it is still not logged in my account.

They then gave me the wrong receipt.

And on top of that, they forgot my drink.

3rd attempt at delivery, past 2 times exactly the same but thought maybe 3rd time lucky. An hour after placing the order, ring the store and get told that only 2 drivers on and that order was just being packed. Last 2 deliveries drinks were left off the order. The actual delivery drivers are great and really friendly however manager at the store has an extremely poor attitude. Frankly, if you dont have enough drivers to meet demand on busy Friday night- hire more for the need. Won't be 4th time, learnt from our...
