Honestly disgusted with the service I received at your cafe' today and doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. Purchased a coffee, advised your team I would be back in a few short moments after I grabbed a couple of items from the supermarket. Upon my return, I waited a further 5 minutes for my coffee, there was noone else in the store apart from myself and 3 workers, 2 of which having a chat behind the counter pretending I didn't exist. I then politely asked the status of my coffee, to then be notified it has been sitting there getting cold for the last 15 minutes or so. This review is not about the fact my coffee had not been given to me within a reasonable timeframe, but about the fact that whilst I was waiting I witnessed your team making other peoples coffees with their masks hanging around their necks, barely on their faces. This left me disgusted. I understand masks/ restrictions are challenging for everyone, but is it too much to ask for you to please at least wear your masks when you are preparing peoples food/ making beverages? Especially when you have multiple signs located all throughout cafe advising the public to comply with the rules. Let's not even go there about the fact there was a COVID case reported within this shopping mall within the last week. The worst part is I didn't even get a refund because the worker didn't know how to work the eftpos machine, I was offered cash but why on earth would I want that after seeing such careless hygienic practice being conducted within the workplace which could put the publics health at risk?! This is just my opinion. I will never be back. Lift your game...

Weathered the storm with the recent change of ownership and put up with initially ridiculously slow turnaround as new staff learnt how to make coffee (all good and they are now much better and on the most part lovely to deal with)
However after having being asked this week if I had a different $20 note as the one I had given them some 3 minutes earlier apparently “looked a bit funny “ according to the supposed manageress (who seemed to think she was somehow an Australian currency expert).felt genuinely sorry for the young girl (who knew I was a regular) but had to come and ask me as she had been told to by her manager .
Cancelled my order in disgust. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the note and it was gladly taken at next establishment who also made a very good coffee.
If they are now somehow paranoid about counterfeit notes perhaps just put up the “no cash” sign or actually learn to know what you are looking for rather than embarassing and insulting regular customers.
Will never set foot in there again…..all due to ignorance and rudeness of their manageress on...
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful service. I rang at 8:46am to order 2 iced coffees and 1 bacon and egg roll. I arrived at 9:05am and asked for my order. The music was blarring and the girl serving me couldn't hear anything I was saying. She kept telling me that she had no idea what was going on as she only just arrived. She asked the girl making coffees if the iced coffees were ready and was told it would be 2-3 minutes and the bacon & egg roll wouldn't be ready for another 6 minutes. I phoned ahead and gave over 15 minutes notice so that my order would be ready when i arrived.
I do not recommend this place. The staff are extremely rude and the cafe ambience was that of a night club. I actually had to ask her to turn the music down so she could hear what i was...
