Absolutely appalling attitude of staff both the lady Asain manager, and asain guy serving. This review actually deserves ZERO stars. The reds box was advertised with a very large piece if chicken, however I was given the smallest chicken drumstick I'd ever seen. I took it back to the counter the Asain guy had no intention of swapping it fir a larger piece. He snatched the box off me, and the kitchen guy out the back gave me a very large piece. When I was waiting at the counter I could hear the Asain counter guy mimicking my voice. As I said it was fake advertising giving me a tiny piece. We ordered 2 reds boxes, one was supposed to be plain, and id asked for no mayonnaise which they still added. My partner started to eat his burger thinking it was the spicy one, a few minutes later I opened up my hamburger. Oh my goodness you should of seen how this burger was presented. It was absolutely drenched in chilli sauce, all over the hamburger bun, mind you that was stale and over a week old. I then walked up to the main counter again for the second time. I asked to see the manager for $15 per meal it was absolutely disgusting. The manager Asain lady manager was so nasty, and argumentative and didn't want to help or assist at all. Her body language was absolutely disgusting, she wanted to see the burger I told her to come over which she didn't. I then said do you even train your people at the front counter with customer service. She said that everyone is trained, she kept defending her store the tables were absolutely filthy, never ever wiped down with disinfectant. The toilets were diseased and the customer service and cleanliness of the store was absolutely disgusting. I can't believe that Red Rooster allow this store to stay open. Both these 2 people lady Asain manager and Asain counter guy should be disciplined and how dare they treat myself or any customer like they both did. I will never ever step back into this store again and I'll pass it around so no one goes through what we did today. It was absolutely disgusting. This happened at 2pm 14.2.2025. "I visited Red Rooster Springvale South today and I am beyond disappointed with the entire experience. I ordered the Hot Honey Fried Chicken and specifically requested a bit more sauce, even willing to pay extra for it. When the meal arrived, I was shocked to see that the sauce portion was incredibly small—definitely not worth the extra charge—and the chicken was extremely dry. It was nothing like what I’ve had at other Red Rooster locations.

I decided to speak with the manager about the issue, but instead of addressing my concern with professionalism, he was rude and dismissive. His arrogant attitude made the situation even worse, and he didn’t even try to make things right. It’s frustrating because I’ve enjoyed the Hot Honey Chicken at other Red Rooster stores, but this experience has completely ruined my perception of this one.

To make matters worse, the rest of the staff were equally unhelpful and impolite. They didn’t even provide basic things like napkins or wet wipes, which should be standard for any restaurant, especially when eating fried chicken. The tables were also filthy and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I had to sit at a dirty table, which was completely unacceptable.

Overall, the service, food, and cleanliness were terrible, and I won't be coming back to this location. I’ve had much better experiences at other Red Rooster stores, but this one was an absolute letdown. I wouldn’t recommend this...

Worst experience ever! Having worked so hard, on the way home did a drive through for a burger family meal, received the meal and when opened for the meal the burger and wraps are cold ! I was like what, went back for asking the counter, she said the chicken inside is hot, I said again I need them hot, she gave it to the kitchen staff and the kitchen girl literally through the meal onto microwave and started ranting about burgers are cold, I have a small message for your girl, if you are reading this, learn to respect your job and customers, you are getting paid and paying your bills - so do remember that. And finally the burgers and wraps are ready for munching, but oh my god! The wrap was peeling felt like a sticky bread. My wife almost vomited with that and you know being me just couldn’t take it anymore and realised hungry jacks is just across the road. Never ever again - Red Roster you roasted my meal and my time.
