Reddy Roasts Carvery Pakenham — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have never been so disappointed with this place, we have bought from reddy roasts pakenham many, many times. We loved it! But this time and the time before not so much. Last time I wasn’t informed on the phone that they were out of crackle which is fair enough it happens but inform the customer first. I didn’t review as I thought maybe it was a one off so I am leaving a review now. the service was good and polite but the meat and so on, not so good. Ordered a large roast dinner for hubby, asked for extra crackle as they have lacked this in the past and what do you know...a extra piece about the size of a 5c piece. Absolutely appalled by tonight’s experience. Be a little more generous to your customers after all we are paying for it....

New customer. Tried to order over the phone. I explained I was a new customer ordering for the first time. Phone was passed around, I had no idea what was happening. Until it was given to a really rude lady who snapped at the phone. I felt reluctant to continue to order. I ended up just having to hang up and go elsewhere. I don't believe it's too difficult to explain what comes with a medium combo. It was quite vague online hence why I called to ask as there seem to be many options. If that's how they treat new customers over the phone, I'd be wary of how they operate everything else, they seem to not have a care in the world. Not...

Fabulous food! Ordered chickens and a large tray of chips and gravy for my daughters 1st bday. I was sceptical about trying somewhere new for the first time and not sticking with the usual place in Beacy my family always use. However I am sooo glad we chose this place. I have had compliments for days talking about how the homemade chips were the best chips people have ever tasted and the chicken was beautiful too and not oily/fatty at all. The customer service was great in the lead up...I popped in a couple of times. Wld definitely recommend this place for a large function. We had about 30 people over....
