We used to recommend this place and their HSP’s to our friends, but as of tonight we won’t be going back. Such a shame, as we only put up with their customer service issues because of how nice their food is.
They never prepared our food any time after we phone ordered, defeating the whole purpose of calling before we picked it up. They always said it would take 15 minutes, but even after giving them 20 minutes they still would not have prepared the empty packs. So our 15 minute wait would always turn into 30 minutes, may as well have just turned up and ordered at the counter.
Last week on Saturday night, there weren’t even any staff members in the store preparing ANY food, let alone ours. Once again it was the usual call in advance, only to be made waiting. Another waste of time. I waited for an extra 10 minutes in the store, and this time I observed the manager speaking to her staff rudely and abruptly; demanding that they go and get her the second eftpos machine, further delaying our food. She should’ve seen that her staff were under the pump and gone and gotten it herself; not all tedious tasks need to be delegated, especially if the staff are already running around. Due to being flustered, the staff bagged up our order very poorly; the manager had two of the packs rebagged (which I was grateful for at the time), however she still let me leave with a dodgy bag. She told me to be careful, whilst loudly chewing her gum with her mouth wide open; when I was trying to keep my eyes on the road, one of the HSP’s that was packed sideways burst open, and sauce went all over my passenger door and seat.
Our cousin called up after we ate to give the manager the feedback; he complimented the food and said it was great, but more attention should’ve been paid to the way it was packed. He was very calm and collected speaking with her, and said she was fine on the phone also. He asked her what she could do for us to rectify the situation, and she agreed she would put us down for 2x free HSP’s the following week under my name. Everybody was happy.
My partner called up tonight to redeem our HSP’s, but the manager (who answered the phone) suddenly had no recollection of this offer, and refused to let us have them. He informed her that he was on his way. He got there and she saw him walk in; he heard her say to her staff “I’m not dealing with this”, so another staff member was made to serve him. She informed him that the manager wasn’t in, to which he replied “Oh, that’s funny, I just spoke with her on the phone”. The staff member could only smile at him, because he was right. She hid up at the back of the store in plain sight. He told them that we won’t be back, and left.
We only went back this week to receive what was promised, we’re not surprised that it didn’t happen. We went to Paks Kebabs instead, and to our surprise we paid less and got better quality and quantity of food...

Then you told me 5 min wait. I went outside. Put fuel from your neighbour 7 eleven,paid him and even clean my windows, and came. Back to you after 10 min, The other guy was there now and he said 2 more min, I then again went outside waiting and came back after another 5 min... Still my hsp not ready. Dude... What you think... I never been as aggressive as iam today.
You take the order and then went to the other store for working there which appears u run 2 shop at same time... But at what cost???

04 may 2019. I went again into your shop... I place the order over the phone and came to u after 10 min in a hope that it will be ready as it took ages to you last time. But when I arrive, you asked me to pay... I paid and only then you started. As you broke the lid of container and I asked you to close the container of my hsp properly... You didn't do it... Instead telling me.. It won't go anywhere... I mean this was the presentation of the food... That I had to give to someone and with a open container... YOUR SHOP NAME SHOULD BE RIPPER CUSTOMER... YOU DON'T DESERVE... and I won't come ever...

We used to love this place, the last few times we've been there the guy who was usually there and isn't, and the food has turned really poor. Last time our chips were burnt and had been cooked 2 or 3 times over... today our HSP container literally broke it had that much oil and went everywhere. It was that oily we couldn't eat it.
Watching the women cooking Tonight, they pull the chips from the fryer straight into packaging, don't let it drain and feeding us a bucket of deep fryer oil.
The women are rude, especially the one with the bun who has hair hanging out at the front dangling in everyone's food, makes you feel very unwelcome EVERY SINGLE TIME.
You make a phone order, get told a time to pick up, but they start making your food after you arrive, completely defeating the purpose of a phone order.
It's sad to see it turn this bad, cause we used to drive 20 mins...
