After 25 years chef Robbie and family have departed and its obvious that hands have changed. The passion ,the quality, the finesse has taken a huge turn now. Pity the name wasnt changed as when you read and enjoyed ricciolinis you exprerienced the love and passion from Robbie and family..unfortunately carrying the same name with such poor quality its degrading to the uniqueness, after 37 years as a chef i would of recommended a change of name, NOBODY can or would meet the fine detail and standards of Robbie, we are so sad to see him go and over 20 years he served our family..we have tried once with the new proprietors and not even 1% close to 100% of Robbie ,its so sad to see my brother go..my advice change the name, noone would ever step in robbies shoes, goodbye to such great establishment, which now its just ordinary like a frozen pizza from coles or woolworths. We miss you Robbie and family, As a senior judge to the ACF ,we have lost a quality establishment, best wishes, our first experience with new owners...

Not only are the pizzas delicious and extremely well priced, but the customer service and owners genuine care for his customers is amazing. We ordered pizza and unfortunately were unable to pick it up on time due to a friend who was unwell. Upon arriving at Riccolinis and explaining why we were late, the owner refused to take any money from us and gave the pizzas and extras to us for free, explaining he just wants to know our friend is ok and doesn't want any money. It was my first time trying this famous pizza place. We ordered the Peri Peri Chicken and Peri Peri Paneer. My girlfriend has a rare onion allergy, and we didn’t realize the Peri Peri Paneer contained onions. When we mentioned it to the staff after receiving our order, they were incredibly kind and immediately made us a new onion-free pizza.

All the toppings were super generous, and the rich cheese and tomato flavors blended perfectly — absolutely delicious 😋.
