Roll'd Camberwell — Restaurant in Melbourne

I placed an order through the app for pick up at 7:45pm, however the order was rejected as I was making my way to the store (due to the kitchen closing nightly at 7pm). This needs to be addressed by head office to not mislead consumers and to update the useless app accordingly.

When I turned up they were closing up and explained the situation. I explained that I had used a $50 voucher for my order (which when I tried to use it again to re-place my order at another roll’d that may still have been open/serving, the app kept saying that it had been redeemed, even though my order had been rejected). At this point I was without my dinner and without my $50 voucher. After further explaining my disappointment and frustration and trying to explain and discuss what my options were and what I was going to do, the two staff that were still there kindly offered to arrange my whole order (with just some minimal reheating prep required at home). They even threw in some extra ‘end of day’ soldiers. I really appreciated the understanding, consideration and kindness shown....

Roll'd Camberwell is a good little Roll'd Takeaway with seating, I call it that because it's very small and not comfortable at all, the Food is nice but I wouldn't call it authentic It's the equivalent of Vietnamese Fast Food In saying that it is Light Fresh and Tasty But if I'm to compare it to other places I couldn't give it more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Vietnamese Ice Coffee is nice but it would be nice to be able to choose if I want it stronger than the usual But when I asked for a STRONG Vietnamese Ice Coffee the Girl replied "it is strong" I wasn't asking for a opinion... I was asking for it to be stronger Anyway not a big deal but Definitely a huge turn off going back... Unfortunately I'm Not Recommending Roll'd...

I'm very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered 12 items, and it took almost 2 hours to come. Apart from that, there's missing items, I had to call for them to deliver it again. The bowl of rice I ordered ended up to be noodles; the rice paper rolls were mainly noodles inside with 2 small pieces of meat; the sauces I ordered weren't even there. The flaming prawns were like half of the size of a finger, and only 6 pieces for $5, that's a bit pricey, don't you think? Although it said 50% off, but I don't even think that was worth it, very...
