On my evening walk, I saw the Beef Rendang on the blackboard... kept walking, stopped and returned the few blocks. Glad I did! Sat outside with a pot of green tea and the beef rendang dan nasi within 5 mins was tastefully enjoyable. FoH staff were timely and pleasantly inquistive, so Flourless Orange + Almond and cup of flat white as well... VERY happy with our experience. Traditional Melbourne brunch options end at 11:30am, and more traditional Viet lunch starts at that point, and we arrived at 11:20am-ish. So I had a really good chilli scramble (which was actually spicy the whole way through) that came with a lightly chilli Mango side, while my partner got an incredibly flavourful bun bo hue from the lunch menu.
