Schnitz — Restaurant in Melbourne

By far the worst experience I've ever had! Where to start.... we waited over an hr for our food while sitting watching three tables seated after us be served and walk out before we even got our food. Then a lady came and asked what we ordered went to go get our food came back with a burger that was so cold to touch I then said I didn't pay $90 for an order to get food poisoning because the chicken is cold and has clearly been sat out for so long, she then gave so much attitude saying it's not her fault ( but clearly it is you obviously some sort of manager ) then said she'll get fresh food waited another 30 minutes ended up walking out without half our order cause our chips were a no show and a guy was already arguing trying to get a refund so why would I even bother... I would much rather tell a bunch of people to not waste there money and go somewhere else, and I hope the food safe come give you a visit cause that was...

The Basic Instinct wrap has always been my favourite in Shcnitz! They have the best fries as well in my opinion! And I have to say that having to sit down and have my meal in the Melton branch inside the Woodgrove Shopping Centre is such a treat in the middle of this chaotic Christmas shopping where everyone is busy and in a rush! I was greeted by a warm, welcoming staff at the counter (Grace) and their Manager (Sandra) is so cool and very accommodating as she allowed me to have a peaceful dinner in the corner with my big trolley filled with massive boxes!!!! Sandra takes pride in her team as she said that each and everyone of them are amazing and it's a total amazing reflection of her leadership that makes her team amazing! Their customer service is the best and I appreciate being greeted with happy and warm, welcoming people! Thank you...

Poor service. Went to the Schnitz , ordered 2 coffees with chips around 5:30PM today I.e., 31/10/2020 , wanted to dine in . When I expressed my interest to have coffee there in Schnitz, as it was all empty . Nina , told me that I m not allowed to have coffee there as it is small order. So i asked her , is it Schnitz policy ? Then her reply was yeah it's hard ... and her reply was not convincing. So I said ok thank you , but she was not having appropriate answers to my queries.

When i took my order , then she said finally if you want to have coffee here i can make arrangements ( still wandering what sort of arrangements she wanted to make ) as it was all empty.... strange to me when it's Schnitz policy then why after having discussion she offered me to have coffee there ...
