Well today I ordered from the Northland Schnitz and it was wonderful juicy & well cooked chicken but I am sorry to say Eastland really disappointed me on Wednesday the 6th of December & also 2 weeks prior to that as the chicken crumbs were black & chicken was dry & most unpleasant to eat I did walk up to the counter & said to the guy that the chicken crumbs were burnt & he just looked at me and did not apologise!!! I am not the person to complain to get a free feed but just constructive criticism so they get it right but the second time was exactly the same!
The first time I ordered off my app they called my name out but on Wednesday they did not as I had to go to the counter to ask if my order was received off my app and the guy at the register said we don’t call you have to come to the counter this is after 10 minutes of my order & how will I know if my order is cooked but they just left it on top not calling out the number nor my name! But that’s not my major issue but the person who pan fry this should be thought how to cook it. I don’t want to go back but I must do this 1 more time so I can take some photos to prove what I am saying is true. I work at Preston & I will try ordering from Northland shopping Center than Eastland! But keep an eye for my next photo the order from Eastland.

Dear owner thanks for reply as I am happy that you have read my comments but I did say that I am not doing this to get a free meal & thanks for your offer but I stand to my comment as I do not need or expect a fee meal. Just send a friend of your to buy a Schnitzel wrap & ask him to give you feed back & you can pay your friend for the meal. I am sure with constructive criticism your business can grow. What should have been a routine experience turned into a deeply uncomfortable situation due to the way your manager treated her staff. In full view of customers, she was scolding her team, raising her voice and using incredibly demeaning language, that too when so many of us were near the counter-waiting for our orders. I am sure other people would have heard it too..!! This is not only unprofessional but outright abusive. It was painful to watch the staff being humiliated publicly. If this is how your leadership treats the team, it reflects very poorly on your entire business. No-one deserves to be belittled in front of customers — OR AT ALL. Read moreOrdered Schnitz excitingly today, after noticing they had added vegan options to the menu! Just to state, I'm not vegan, but I'm highly allergic to dairy & gluten. So for my case vegan options makes it a lot easier for me to get takeaway food.
Anyway, I ordered the American dream very happily. Order arrived within 30 minutes from Uber eats. Opened everything up andddd it clearly wasn't vegan. I thought this was a simple misunderstanding so I rang up the shop.
Was greeted by a lady whom I tried explaining the details to. She interrupted me multiple times in the first 10 seconds saying that it was uber eats fault. I then tried to tell her that in the uber eats app in the description states it is vegan. All I heard back was "Its uber eats fault contact them. This is not our problem".
I've never had this happen to myself from any other hospitality venue. Usually, they would ask for some proof and then give a refund. This lady straight up couldn't care less...
