Sensational Sandwiches — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pathetic, Rude, incompetent staff. They feel they are giving food for free. First when they take your order they think they are doing you a favor. They took my order put it for toasting and forgot about it. When I go in to ask for my sandwich after 15 min they were surprised. The lady looked at my sandwich and whispers it's burnt to her colleague. I am back to my table to feed my baby thinking they will figure it out. When I come back they serve me the same sandwich. I tried to keep my calm went back said nothing and the lady says is it burnt. No Apologies. Do you want another one. I said no need my refund. I am paid in cash and done with 10cent less. Just ruined my lunch after waiting 20 min for a pre-made sandwich. Finally I wanted to give feedback to the lady who put my sandwich in toaster and forgot about her job. When I told her about the situation she says we are busy you can see how things are blah blah.. Then she offers me a free sandwich 5 times which I said no to then 6th time she says I insist I said ok I will take it. When I go back she says I spoke to my manager and we can't give you a sandwich. Mind you no Apologies yet. When I told her about her behavior she got so upset and advised to complain she says I don't care. Is this the kind of behavior we should take? No accountability no empathy no sense of customer service. I need the owner to get in touch and apolaogise for their incompetent staffs behavior. I am appalled...

Purchased a roast pork meal and it was not good. I enjoyed the vegetables more than the pork and that says something on its own.

The pork was either over cooked to the extent of it being very dry and inedible or it has been sitting in the Bain Marie for the whole day.

The staff looked overworked, and I only got a small piece of crackling... like seriously at $14 meal and I only get a measly amount of crackling.

Their scallop potatoes were the only highlight to the dish, it was well cooked and creamy.

I will probably never get food from here again, I feel so wasteful discarding this much pork, but it is inedible.

I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty roast pork lunch because you will be...

Went here for lunch today. Ordered a couple of wraps and a coffee. Got the coffee, burnt beans, scalding hot, tasted insert profanity here. Never go here for coffee, they can't make it to save their lives. Their saving grace however was their wraps. Tasted wonderful. Mine was slightly warm, should have been hotter like he other one we had. The don't base length of time in the cooker/heater based on the quantity of the internals, like they should. All in all, an okay experience. Tasty food, but without a coffee...
