You gave me a cup of milk tea even though you could have just snatched my 6.7. The experience of spending money at this milk tea shop was worst. The last time I came to your shop, I bought three cups of iced milk tea. There were only two people waiting in front of me. I waited for 10 minutes before the brown haired Latin girl told me that there were no large pearls and whether to change to small pearls. I had already waited ten minutes before I realised that my milk tea hadn't even been made yet. I said I could replace it with small pearls. But it took another five minutes before she told me there were no small pearls and if she would like to help me to replace them with white pearls. What were you doing for those fifteen minutes? Fifteen minutes is enough for me to run around Eastland and all you guys did was to check if there were pearls? This time, I came to order hot pearl milk tea. The clerk gave me the (L)pearl milk tea receipt. However they just gave me a large, pearl milk tea with a bunch of ice cubes. I told them I wanted it hot. The clerk made me a new one, but the new pearl milk tea was regular size. I told them it wasn't fair that I paid for Large and only got R milk tea. They then told me that the hot L milk tea, was 6.7. What's wrong? Is it not possible to tell me this when ordering? And there's something wrong with the design of the hot milk tea, it uses the lid of a coffee cup and there's no way I can get the pearls out of such a small opening!!! I couldn't even find a spout for me to insert a straw!!! Will...

Avoid this bubble tea shop. Been here twice and each time they're slow and have run out of things. Today my Tiger milk tea had no brown sugar so I had to go back and tell them. Thankfully they offered to make a new one for free but the second attempt was just as bad. They didn't stir the brown sugar before adding the ice so I as much as I stirred after that, the brown sugar wouldn't dissolve! I ended up drinking a lump of brown sugar and tasteless tea. They also ran out of pearls, all types, small, normal size, white pearls. You're in a busy shopping mall, not newly opened either. Get to know your market and...

Milk tea is average, you can get the same from any other milk tea shop.

But even worse than the tea is the service. Took over 10 mins for a standard milk tea to be made and there was only two customers in front of me. I was order 18 but somehow order 20 was ready before mine?! Poor management and training. 3 staff on site, one young girl making the tea (she looked very overwhelmed), 1 staff taking orders, 1 old lady standing at the back watching and doing absolutely nothing while customers wait in line.

The worst management I've seen in...

I bet this is the last experience I would have with Sharetea. Got 3 hot milk tea and the staff advised me that they don’t have a tray for me to carry them. I then asked for individual bags for each of them so I can carry them away. The staff was not willing to do so and advised me that they normally charge 10cents for each bag. Well, customers experience doesn’t mean anything to them. I ends up with splitting the milk tea when I tried to carry 3 of them by myself. Won’t buy any single cup from this brand in the future. Good luck ppl.

I LOVE the Okinawa milk tea (w/ pearls) here!!! It tastes so beautiful and well balanced 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 The lychee green tea here is also really nice and refreshing! I usually have it with rainbow jelly🥤✨
