Sharetea North Blackburn — Restaurant in Melbourne

To be honest, I don't drink bubble tea too often. Today I gave it a shot and ordered one of the lychee ones. I mean, you could never go wrong with lychee and I wasn't mistaken. The flavour was amazing, sweetness levels were pretty much perfect, pearls had a nice soft but chewy texture and the drink itself also had a refreshing, cool temperature.

As for the service, the drink came out pretty much immediately (must've been 20 seconds at most), which is impressive considering only two people were working and there were a decent number of customers who had ordered something. Not only were the staff efficient, but they were also super friendly and gave good recommendations when I asked. They even had a short conversation with me!

In terms of location, I reckon anyone could order a drink after buying groceries and were walking back to the car. The store itself is located more or less in the middle of the shopping centre (next to Sacca's Fine Foods) which makes it very convenient for customers to go to Coles or Woolies and then buy a drink before going home.

If you asked me to describe this store in one word, it would be "flawless". Overall score would be 6/5 stars. 100% will come back...

I've walked past this kiosk so many times over the past couple of years and decided a few of months ago to check it out and see what they sell. I told Davi that I'm there for the first time and was not familiar with the menu so I asked her what she would recommend. Since then I have been a regular there on my way to work on Tuesday afternoons and followed Davi's recommendations every time. She has never disappointed. The drinks taste great and are very refreshing and Davi's customer service skills are exceptional and second to none. Always at the counter with a friendly smile and engaging in friendly conversation. I feel more like a friend and not just a customer. I have no hesitation to recommend Sharetea North Blackburn...

I classify myself as a ultimate bubble tea lover, safe to say we were lucky enough to have a bubble tea place open up nearby. Unlike other shared tea franchise, the boss lady is a one man show most of the time and she does an amazing job of recommending different varieties of drinks but also making sure the quality is to perfection. Most of the teas are excellent and the pearls are fresh and cooked well. The rest of the staff in general are always polite and friendly as well. My only complaint is trying not to stop by and grab a bubble tea...
