I asked for cold milk tea without ice. A male staff gave me a warm one and asked me if this was what I asked with no polite, which is fine. I was happy to re-communicate. I said it's ok if you filled in some ice to cool it down.

He returned back to the working bench and did nothing, probably he didn't hear me properly? He gave the same warm one back to me and it was TOO FULL. The milk team came out from the lid and it dripped down every well. I couldn't take it because the milk tea made my hand sticky. They didn't even help or apologised. They gave me some tissue when I asked for. I opened the lid and tried to drink some before I could take it, and the milk tea came out again by accident! It was a MESS!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a milk tea store over 30 years. The staff was so rude and impolite. They should have been trained properly and professionally before they could deliver just standard service and drink to customers.

I was not only pissed off by their bad products. It's more about their attitude. They didn't even clean the dripped milk tea cup before giving it to me. They didn't even apologise when the milk tea dripped on my hand and made a big mess.

By the way, the lychee tea was bad either....

Recommend their Thai milk tea/smoothie with herbal jelly or Tiger fresh milk. The Thai tea is already sweet by itself, so for those who don't have a sweet tooth/want to cut down on your sugar intake, it's safe to order sugar free Thai teas from here without it tasting bitter and gross (maybe 30% if you're craving something slightly sweeter).

The Tiger fresh milk has non-adjustable sugar levels, which I was worried about since I've tried other places which have sickly sweet brown sugar boba (provided that their sugar is non-adjustable). This place really surprised me, I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but the sweetness for this drink was just right. Will be purchasing my Thai teas...

Very poor staff, slow and rude. They haven’t even asked for the tea size, and slapped the bigger one at the cashier to a Teen that couldn’t even contested. What a shame! Very good delicious teas but we have decided that we won’t shop there anymore. We did reached out a few months ago about the unprofessional attitude of the young boy there, that was very slow and unfriendly. Not answer given from the customer service email listed on your website. We have reached out, we tried, we spoke, we got completely ignored. Your tea is still the best but ot doesn’t...
