My partner and I have ordered food from here a number of times and always enjoyed it. However the order has never been completed on time and always takes a MINIMUM 15 minutes extra if weāre lucky. Recently we ordered again and the service was horrific. We ordered at 7:30pm and got the email notification it would be ready by 7:45 for pick up. Due to our knowledge of orders running late we arrived at 7:55pm expecting it to be ready or almost ready but they hadnāt even started making our food! They told us they donāt sell pork anymore (yet havenāt updated their website to let customers know) and waited for us to arrive to tell us and say they are replacing it with chicken instead and said it would be a further 20 minute wait. They should have called the number linked to our order and ask us if we wanted the pork replaced with chicken so the order was still completed on time (or as close to)ā¦instead they left it and we didnāt get our food until 8:30pm because they were running late on our already late order. Worse yet, not a single apology was given for the time of ours they wasted while we sat in the car waiting for our food. We will not be coming back again and will ensure all our family and friends in the area know not to go...

Iāve gotten food here 3 times, once during lunch when they werenāt busy and the food was made reasonably quickly. Twice during dinner and I had to wait an additional 25- 30 mins both times after the pick up time they gave me. I understand you guys havenāt been open for long but you really need to put more staff on or get a more efficient system. When I came in today there was one young girl making all the food and one other girl just standing near the register, they couldnāt give me a straight answer as to how much longer my food would be, mind you I ordered at 6:20 and pick up time was 7:30, I left at 8⦠I wouldnāt mind a long wait time as long as itās accurate, I donāt need to waste 30 mins standing in the shop every time I orderā¦
They also NEVER answer the phone! Hopefully after a few more weeks of operation theyāll get the timing right because as I mentioned the food...

Anyhow, I understand that they may be under the pump with covid staff shortages etc. So could handle that part. But when we did finally receive our order, half the order was missing. Tried to call the restaurant to rectify but they had switched off phone calls! This was really frustrating as we are unable to leave house due to covid to go to the restaurant or somewhere else to get more food and was also quite late by this point so we ended up with a very hungry family š I understand mistakes happen but my gripe is with them switching off phone calls so we couldn't fix the situation.
