Spicy Pepper — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered through menulog. Received a text at 950 saying that the meal was on its way. After 30 mins, I rang. But being 1020, they were closed. Pizza arrived at 11pm. The garlic bread was so flat, it looked as though it had been stood on. The coke was so hot, the gasses had expanded the bottle. The cap had actually popped and couldn't even be open. It was almost like they found it under the seat of the car, after a week. The pizza was stone cold. I rang restaurant the next day and was offered a credit voucher. Two days in a row I tried to use the voucher and both days was told 'We are really busy tonight, the manager said to try again tomorrow' Generally we have always had great experiences with these guys. But im absolutely disgusted with the standard of food we were given and the way we have been treated. If I were the owner, I would he replacing...

We ordered online a few times from here thinking we'd try somewhere different. And boy was it different!? First two times our order was wrong. They had to deliver our meals again.. Now tonight my garlic prawns had a piece of chicken in it. Normally to some people they probably wouldn't care but it does to me because it put me off eating. Which was fine really because the chips tasted like the ones you get from a fish & chip shop. The rice was huge looking.. didn't taste nice. The only bit I liked was eating the carrots! After reading the previous review i thought i'll ignore all the bad comments and give this place a good. Seems like I should have listened to all the bad reviews. We received the pizzas early which was good but we didn't get the garlic breads with the deal. We called the store and they said it's got nothing to do with them and we have to call EatNow. If this is an ongoing problem it seem that the restaurant need to have very tough talk with EatNow if they cant get the orders right also its not our problem to fix its Spicy Peppers. If you make a order at the register and they get it wrong they have to fix it, this is the same thing. Also pizza's were...
