After driving for 55 minutes to try Stix I had an incredibly disappointing experience. We had to wait for nearly an hour for our order, which was frustrating enough. But what really turned me off was seeing the staff member cutting fruit without wearing gloves. That’s just unacceptable in terms of hygiene. When asked him what he had done instead of being apologetic he got upset how unprofessional. Worst customer service by all 3 staff on shift Sat 08th March 2025

To make matters worse, when our order finally came up, they told us they were now out of chocolate, and instead offered Nutella as a replacement. It felt like they were just trying to make do rather than delivering what we ordered. Even at the start, they told me that half of the item were out of stock, yet after choosing from limited items and waiting for an hour this happened.

Overall, I won’t be coming back or recommending anyone. The service and cleanliness were disappointing, and the lack of attention to detail just ruined...

To be honest, I recently visited a waffle restaurant, and I must say, the waffle with strawberries was very tasty! The strawberries were incredibly fresh and sweet. However, my only issue with the place was the cleanliness and seating availability. The tables needed a simple wipe down, and there weren't many seating options available. The tables that were there were also dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

On the other hand, the menu had a wide variety of selections at a reasonable price, and the portions were quite generous. I didn't try anything else, but I highly recommend the nutella and strawberry waffle with vanilla ice cream - it was simply delicious!

Just got home from work and one of these badboys was sitting at my door with someone else's name on the bag, clearly delivered to the wrong address by mistake. What is a young man to do. The ice-cream was melted but the tub was still cold to touch. Good enough -- in I hop. Generous helping of strawberries and bananas lathered with Nutella way beyond the limits of the waffle itself. That's the kind of attitude to toppings I can get behind. The waffle itself wasn't the greatest but I'll put that down to lack of freshness from sitting at my door for maybe 45 minutes to an hour. I'm sure it was better when it was still hot. Ended up having to pour the ice-cream down the sink but what are you gonna do.
