i love Jacky Jones. today i went to Pentridge as a class excursion, and they starved me. as i exited the H division, Jacky Jones caught my eye. As my friend Henry entered, i was entranced to follow him into the unknown paradise. The Cheesey Royale looked delectable, each ingredient complimenting each other. As i ordered, the very lovely lady provided excellent service. As i sat down, awaiting my food, the sweet smell of beef and onions filled my nostrils. In no time, our orders came. As i opened that brown cardboard box, god, i cried. I took no time to indulge in the burger infront of me. Each and every bite was like heaven on earth. I really like this place, very small. I think I was most impressed because Coburg is my home town and they have made Coburg and the Pentridge area, a place where you can bring your family, which is really nice... There were 7 of us and everybody's food not only looked good, but it tasted good too. The chips were cooked in Fresh oil so the potatoes cakes and chips were nice and golden and not burnt like some places that have dirty oil. Being vegetarian I had the vegan enchiladas and they were very, very tasty, my only hiccup is that they were eXtremely chilli hot. Placed an order on uber eats we were sent the wrong order so I called the restaurant and they basically told us it wasn't there problem and to deal with uber eats.

Poor customer service i own my own business and we have had the same issue happen to us and I have always offered to drop the customers order off or for them to come instore and pick up there order free of charge and thrown in extras for the inconvenience. There guys didn't want to offer an solution except for call uber which now is going to take 3- 10 business days to get our money back.
