The manager was working at the store when I visited in the noon yesterday. I ordered the vegetarian sub with whole meal bread. After ordering it completely, I got busy on a call. He gave me my order and I followed the rhythm. When I looked, I realized that she had made a mistake in the bread. So I called the store just to get their attention. So that lady manager spoke to me very angrily. Instead of admitting his mistake, he told me that you should have told me when I was making your sub. She threatened to complain that he was harassing me repeatedly. He cut the call saying that I don't have time to talk to you, come to the store and meet me. So I left all my work and went to the store. So that tells me that you don't always pay attention to ordering. However, 2 days before this incident, I went to the store and ordered a vegetarian sub. it was mistakenly called spicy mayo by me and put that mayo on the sub on my request. I am a pure vegetarian and don't even eat eggs. I later came to know that there is egg in the mayo, so I said to them, can you please make a new sub for me? I will pay you both subs. He called me at the store and told me about the whole incident today. Yes, I believe I made this mistake, so I paid for both the subs. After 2 days, when there is a mistake in the bread, she is not even willing to listen to my complaint. She repeatedly threatened me to call the police and complain about harassment. I ordered a sub as takeaway with wheat bread as I am pure vegetarian but she made my whole sub in Italian herb and cheese bread which contains egg. I came to know when I was on the verge to eat it. As soon as I knew it, I made a call to store for just to let them know that you had a mistake in making my sub in a very polite way but instead of accepting her mistake she said that you didn't had your proper attention while ordering it. She talked with me in an rude way and just ended the call by saying I'm not free to talk with you and if you want then come to store and talk to me. So I left my work and went to store to have a chat with her but even there she talked with me in an angry way and didn't co-operate with me in a well behaved manner.
