We have visited the Mill Park branch of your brand several times, hoping to enjoy your ice cream. Unfortunately, despite giving it multiple chances, the hygiene standards at this location remain extremely disappointing.
On our most recent visit — even though we already knew about the poor cleanliness from past experiences — we decided to bring our overseas guests with us. To our regret, the place was in an unacceptable state: the windows inside and outside were covered in stains, all the tables were sticky and dirty, and the venue clearly had not been cleaned properly. Behind the counter, dirty buckets of melted ice cream sat directly on unclean surfaces.
While the staff were very kind and welcoming, they appeared disorganized, without uniforms or gloves, and were directly handling dairy and food products. It is hard to believe this is happening in Australia, where customers rightly expect much higher standards. One wonders whether the local council has inspected this venue at all.
This feedback is not meant to harm the business but to highlight a serious problem. A chain store with this reputation should not be operating at a “below zero” hygiene standard, neither for customers nor for the staff working there. The strong, unpleasant smell and overall level of uncleanliness were simply unacceptable.
I sincerely hope you will make urgent and significant improvements. At the moment, this branch feels more like a poorly maintained street-food stall in a developing country than a reputable brand in Australia, and that does not align with the expectations of local customers.i can see i am not the first person giving you genuine feedback, hope this one works.

I clarified that I wanted a thickshake and confirmed that I could just choose the ice-cream flavour or from the milkshake list. Tasted and ordered a large saffron (ice cream) thickshake. He went and made a kesar pista milkshake (made thick however) but not what I ordered. Tastes good, but is not what I wanted or ordered. Just tastes like pistachio. Sigh. The guy who served me asked what I wanted and went to work, while he was doing that I noticed a couple of good sized Pool 🎱 tables down the end of shop, they cost nothing just for customers, it was so hot outside, so I got my Rasbery/Blueberry Thickshake and racked the balls out and brought my old skills back to life while enjoying this marvellous drink. The cost was under $10 Dollars and we'll worth it. While walking out I had a look at all the Milkshakes and Juice and noticed they made mine up without any fuss.
