Only giving 2 stars because of the food otherwise this place has consistently not followed customer orders. If you have not got an item in stock don't just replace with another call customer and ask them.
This being my 6th order, I've ordered cookies macadamia, raspberry and white chocolate, and plain choc chip . I even made sure to write in note section. Every time you call they do not answer. Over last 6 months called them regarding errors to our order at least 8 times left msg for manager to call and nothing
If you don't have supply why add something I didn't want.
You added double chocolate I never ask for that. We have someone with allergies so that's the reason we order the raspberry cheesecake biscuits. I understand your busy but Read your orders and ensure to follow up with customers. I will no longer be ordering from this site utterly...
Read moreHusband went to this subway to order 2 x footlong Subs ..went to pay with a $100 note ..( because that's what banks give out when with drawing cash ..we use cash when ever we can) only to be told they don't accept $100 notes because they get counterfeit ones .. either teach your staff how to tell the difference or put signs up on your doors and walls you don't accept $100 notes , luckily my husband had his card on him and we had some money on the card .. She served 2 people before me. I only had to wait 1 minute to be served ( fantastic customer service). Now for my food:
