Im calling out one worker, if the manager reads this it will be extremely obvious who it is. Twice in a row now my sub has been ruined by this guy, he comes out and looks like he doesn't want to be there with a sullen downcast look on his face and without a single feint of interest, and this transfers over to how he handles the food right infront of you, purposefully sluggish movements, messy sorting of the ingredients, and does he make sur ethe ingredients are properly packaged into the sandwich? No he basically just wraps it by folding it in half and wrapping the paper.
Subway is a guilty pleasure of mine but its actually being completely ruined by the abysmal quality sandwich that is being served by this staff member. I will go to the other subway fown the road from now on as I dont want to have to gamble with whether im going to enjoy my lunch or not.
And to you because im sure your management will make you read this, if you really hate your job so much why do you work there? If it's a cry for help then get help but don't let it transfer...
Read moreMy partner and I came to grab some food after shopping today unfortunately the girl who served us took at least 10-15 minutes in making the our subs ( she took her time) which isn’t the worst thing that could happen. However As we were eating my partner discovered something hard within his food and it turned out to be A ROCK!! We talked to the girl who served us and she admitted that her co-worker found rocks within the food while prepping earlier that day, yet they still chose to serve the food.
We gratefully got a refund but the attitude from the other co-worker who was out the back at the time was very rude. She didn’t even apologise for what happened and as she was refunding the money, she was slamming the change onto the counter, she made it seem like she just wanted to leave.As a former subway employee this was such a horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend going to...

Great location for lot of foot traffic but still everytime we go there we are disappointed by the quantity of meat, salads and everything they put in to foot long or salads. I can understand this is the easiest way to improve profit but at the same time it is really unfair for customers to pay $17 for foot long and get hardly anything in there. Even they hesitate to put more than 3 slices of tomato’s and on top of that after charging extra for avocado they hardly put any avocado.
